Sweet Location
We enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Spot. Great views and Tom was a great host. Loved the little bar and restaurant within walking distance. Lots of fun and will return.

Beautiful camp spot but noisy.
We were overall happy , we loved camping there. It was very private, perfect spot on the Indian river , perfect place to put your kayak in lots of fish splashing, sting rays, dolphins and a few manatees . Too bad it’s right on Highway one and the train track is less than a quarter of a mile away so you hear both. Our Toyhauler is 25 feet total plus full size crew cab pickup was a little challenging to get backed in so I would not recommend much bigger. Thanks Tom for being a great host and service to our Country!!! (Veteran)

Private, awesome view, access to the water through a magnificent sea grape tree. Host very obliging in helping set up electrical and water (first trip for me and short on adapters). Nice little public day use park short walk away with pier. You are right off Hwy 1 and the traffic that comes with it but Thomas has 2 sets of privacy fences to help with the noise plus you can shut the gate to your site. This place is all about the view. I backed in, shut the gate and the rest of the world went away.

Truck Camper Living -Sweet Location
Bill and I (Truck Camper Living) had great communication with Thomas from the beginning. He met roadside upon our arrival.
He directed us into a gated, sandy area that is attached to his home. We discussed the area and went over things and then we closed the gate and settled in and let our Cody & Copper doggies play freely.
The site has access to a small beach area, but it was quite windy and chilly the two nights we were there. There were many trains day and night and also being on a main road, for us New Hampshirites, it was noisy.
There is a restaurant next door, but it was closed for a private event when we tried to go. We did get to see a Space X launch from the park down the road, which was nice.
Overall we enjoyed our quiet time watching the water. Thomas even offered us to stay an additional night, but we already had plans.
We are appreciative of Thomas for offering his “Sweet Location” and perhaps one day we will get to come back. Thanks for everything, Thomas 😊

Truly a Sweet Location!
Absolutely gorgeous view and private camping spot! Tom was a great host and offered to help anyway we might need. We felt like we were on a private island even through we were beside the A 1. We enjoyed walking to the Pineda Inn beach bar which was a 2-3 min walk. Our youngest dog loved swimming and our older dog enjoyed splashing around! It is truly a “Sweet Location”! We will definitely go back!
