Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.

This is a unique property located on the shoreline of the Indian River Lagoon. The site is nestled between two large waterfront homes. The site has its own firepit and plenty of shade under oak trees. It is a very good spot to watch rocket launches from the shore and to view lagoon marine life. There is a public boat ramp a short distance away for launching boats or kayaks. The site also has a fully furnished karaoke shed for guest use that as AC and a toilet. There is no extra charge for use of the karaoke shed. Power and water are available.This site is on a wooded lot nestled between two large waterfront homes on the Indian River Lagoon.
