Learn more about this land: Wild deer, Bald Eagles, wild turkeys, birds of all kinds, hiking; plenty of peace and quiet at this 5-acre Victorian estate just minutes from Skydive City, Hillsborough River State Park; short drive to beaches, theme parks. Special Note: Plz don’t go past the white pump shed to the north, or to the pond, as that land belongs to the neighbor + there are several animal traps that can hurt you. Stakes mark the property boundary. PRIMITIVE CAMPING with bonus bathroom/game room area to enjoy. 1 vehicle + 1 sleeping unit per site per $25. Keep personal items/foodstuffs/toiletries/towels/valuables at your site so common areas stay enjoyable for all.

      MJ's was pretty cool! It is certainly worth the price and I recommend staying on the weekend to take full advantage of the RAD pool room!

      A great, clean place to set up camp
      It was amazing! What a great site with great amenities. MJ was super communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and with answering any questions that we had. My friends and I had a lovely time despite the rainy weather. Having access to the bathroom and shower was great, and the other campers were very respectful and nice. I felt safe and secure staying at Hikers' Dream. The preserve is beautiful too! We will be back again, thank you MJ for a beautiful place to escape that isn't too far from civilization.

      okay for a quick sleep
      MJ was very nice, and the bathhouse was clean and more than expected. There was, however, a lot of trash and broken glass scattered on the property. I was nervous my dog was going to slice her paws.
