Welcome to High Vibes 1! We are a private, non-profit land trust operating as a private membership association. It is rural. 4-wheel drive is preferred but smaller vehicles without can be on the property given limerock, though we want to make sure you don't get stuck. Our property features the following:
+ Well-behaved dogs under the constant supervision of the owners, on and off-leash are welcome; NO dangerous breeds. (Pretend this is a very cool giant dog park with loads of deer, turkey, opossum, Squirrels and the occasional bear running through with coyotes.)
+ Treated soft Entek Well water
+ Septic Dump (You MUST have your OWN compostable toilet if you are in a tent space!)
+ 11 disbursed spaces are carved out in the woods next to
+ The trails which are a giant loop around the perimeter of the property.
+ 2 large community gathering areas
+ Security 24/7 fenced and cameras on the trails, around the property, pretty lighting to pass-coded in and out for members ONLY.
+ Starlink Wifi on part of the property
+ Compost pile, Recycle and garbage available
+ Developing private shooting range at the back of the property (all of the surrounding properties also have them and are respectful of the times of operation.)
+ Discounts for longterm stays.
We value peace, quiet nature and high vibes above all else. Our goals are to live and enjoy ecco-tourism close to nature. 'Don't St. John's our Putnam!' is a county saying around here. See the Roberts Ranch as an example, local George's lake, tons of springs, many biking paths and nearby attractions of St. Augustine, Jacksonville, 15 minutes to Keystone Heights with some lovely smalltown restaurants.Welcome to High Vibes 1!
