Steven was very easy to work with. He responded to all messages very quickly. The directions and instructions to find the campsite was very well explained. This is a nice little primitive campsite that for my needs completely.

Hideaway Creek is a beautiful spot, surrounded by nature, but still close to anything you might need. Steven was a great host, very helpful, and responsive to messages. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This location was peaceful and it was delightful to hear the gobble, gobble of the friendly turkeys. Utility hook up was a breeze. Loved the rural location.

Steven and Emily's property was so relaxing, therapeutic, well-maintained, safe, and lovely. Both my husband and I count this spot as one of our favorite Hipcamp/Campendium/The Dyrt locations, and we've stayed at many in the last two years.
Since my husband and I work remotely, we use Starlink as we live on the road. Our connection worked just fine! As with any place on the East Coast, it can be slow at night when more people are trying to stream, but it worked well for meetings and regular work during the day. There were no tree obstructions in its line of connection.
Steven and his family were considerate, kind, fun-loving, efficient, and great at communicating! Thank you for such a welcoming, lovely stay!

Forget the fact that the hookups here are better than some RV resorts I've stayed at. I would have dry camped here just to hang out with the turkeys. I'm already favoriting this place.

We loved staying here! I’m fact , we extended our stay. It was easy to get in and out and plenty of room for our 30’ travel trailer. Lots of crazy ass birds to check out as well.

Awesome place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Minutes from the fairgrounds and the big rv show and easy access to Tampa, Ybor city, etc. Steve was very helpful in giving us advice where to dump tanks and get water. Just great all around!

This is truly one of the most wonderful stays. Super peaceful, beautiful and with a host family that is kind and welcoming. We loved every second...especially watching and listening to the cows, turkeys and sandhill cranes at breakfast each day.
It's close to anything you want or need but still makes you feel like you are a world away! Peace and quiet at its best. We will definitely be back.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Hideaway Creek. Site was clean, private and beautiful! Loved watching amd listening to the cows, turkeys and sandhill cranes each day. It's close to anything you could ever need but it makes you feel like you're a world away. The host family is just lovely too. We will definitely be back!

Oh man! I never get tired of gushing over Steven's place! I found my love of rural living late in life, and I'm seriously wondering why it took me so long lol. Born and raised a city girl, but now there's no way I'd go back to the hustle and bustle if it could at all be avoided 😆 Check it out, and you'll fall in love for sure!!

If you ever crave getting out of the city and being close to the most amazing produce while having access to downtown within 20 minutes, this is the place for you! Close enough if you HAVE to go into town, but far enough away to have the skyscrapers be a distant memory. It's amazing out here!!!

Aww man! We love it so much here! Besides being super close (like right next to lol) to the strawberry fields, it's just amazing to be out of the city and able to take a good breath of (starwberry 🤣) air. Amazing host and super kind family

We enjoyed staying here. Backed on to a strawberry patch and a good sized area for camping. Kept very clean and easy instructions to get to.
20 min drive to Busch Gardens which the kids loved.
Steven was responsive and even helped us find some local strawberries.

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend at Steven's Hideaway Creek property. Steven provided detailed directions and instructions prior to our arrival. The property is a quiet, rural setting close to Tampa, Plant City, and Zephyrhills. We were greeted by turkeys as we set up camp. There are a few homes on the adjacent properties with a large strawberry farm just over the fence. We were able to center our camper in the field which gave us good sun exposure for our rooftop solar panels. Hideaway Creek was a great find and we will be certainly be back.
