Walk to 12 local restaurants and the Cortez Maritime Museum. 2 blocks to Cortez Market. Kroger refrigerated grocery delivery. 3 blocks to Cortez bridge, with free trolley on Anna Maria Island, running from 6am to 10pm daily. New water taxi on Anna Maria Island to tip of island and downtown Bradenton (only $6!). 2 houses from the bay. Quiet, dead end street.Driveway is 42 feet long, 16 feet 6 inches wide. 50amp RV plug on dedicated circuit breaker on side of house. Hose spigot for potable water connection next to driveway. Dump station 2 blocks away.

Quiet location in the middle of an Old Florida fishing village. Many great seafood restaurants in the area. Close to the beach. We enjoyed the simple beauty of the area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. There is a bike rental shop across the street and makes commuting to the beach easy, only 1 mile very easy and no need to to worry about the triffic or parking! I loved staying here! We had everything we needed! Free wifi too!

Omg Emilie and her mama are the sweetest, most welcoming hostesses! They greeted us! Offered an electric heater! Made recommendations for everything we had planned to do! Immediately swapped numbers! Absolutely wonderful visit! We plan to return to Cortez for a week and stay with them again!!! It’s like home away from home!

What a great spot Emilie has! Host is really nice and helpful. Quiet, historical neighborhood and on a dead end street. Several restaurant's within walking distance. I'll definitely be back!
