🌲Forest Nook - Site 2🌲

Perfect timing!

LOVED camping at Arcadio's property. We visited over the Labor day weekend. All of the state parks in the area were booked and we happened upon hipcamp. This was first time using the hipcamp app. WE WERE DELIGHTED!! Arcadio met up with us upon arrival.. made sure we had everything that we needed. We ordered firewood ahead of time. (Florida drops rain on a dime and finding dry wood doesn't always happen.) Well, after spending the day at Rainbow River, true to Florida.. 2 minutes after getting the fire started, it started to rain. Thankfully, we still had dry wood in the tent. ;) However it continued fir 3 hours. LUCKILY the proprty is close enough to town to be able to grab something to eat if your cooking plans are thwarted. Lol. The kids loved the animals, as soon as they opened their eyes in the morning, they made a beeline back to them. The rooster crowing added a nice touch to our morning coffee. We loved it and will be back soon. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Camping with animals

I can't really say much about Arcadio's land because we arrived quite late and left the next morning. However, it's a good camping place if you have animals with you. You can even order food to this area even though it's far from any bigger city.

🌲Forest Nook - Site 2🌲

This host and property has ~*The Coziest*~ vibes! Warm greeting and prompt responses. The animals on the farm are a joy to take a short walk to and visit. Was perfect for my 11 year olds to explore and run around in. Close to river and spring accesses. Looking forward to coming back!

The cozy camper was just perfect . Exactly as described, quiet, fun, clean , all around 10 ! The service from Mr.Arcadio was even better ! A must stop for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area! Thank you Arcadio :)

The Cozy Camper: Bed was comfy, the farm animals were cool, the property was nice campy vibe, the Hosts were very friendly & helpful. The AC works well but is very loud when it turns on and off throughout the night. For the price it could've been nicer. Ideal for a young party group or a family that doesn't mind a dated camper that needs some love.

Loved it!

We had an amazing time! Open space, movie theater experience is really cool! Totally worth it. Envolved hosts, they are so nice, always answering our questions and helping us. Felt very safe, we brought our little son with us so that was very important for us. 10/10
