Spacious spot, lots of shade, easy to pull in and out with campervan. Host is super friendly and easy to reach. I'd stay here again for sure.

Samuel was very helpful with getting on the property and setting up. The location has a level new concrete pad with electric electric and water. Would definitely recommend this location and will be staying again.

Always a relaxing stay here, I highly recommend! This is my second visit and I love that it was close to the shopping centers, the Cape Canaveral port and the space center. Sandy’s place was also pet friendly with electric & water hookups as well. I was able to give my generator a rest and not use up my freshwater which was also nice. There was an extra parking spot for my car and Sandy was always willing to assist and offer helpful advice. He even helped me when I had a slight leak underneath my rig. Overall, great place to stay.

I had a great time at this camp site! Sandy was super nice and helpful and made me feel right at home. The space was perfect for a truck, using the concrete slab as a “patio” of sorts. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I've been traveling with very fluid plans. I texted Sandy and he texted me immediately, and was extremely accommodating, even though the app, for whatever reason would not let me make a reservation that particular evening.
The property and facilities are good, and Sandy is a great host! Would recommend.

Sam's place near Cocoa was the perfect base for exploring both Cocoa Beach and Titusville. While I was there I was able to catch a Starlink launch from the Titusville Space View Park. I also went the other direction and caught the Sands Space Force museum and Ron Jon's in Cocoa Beach.
If you're heading to the area Sam's place is a great place to stay. But beware that it's not for the big rigs. I'm a 21ft travel trailer. I stayed on the driveway spot. And I felt like I was taking up the whole thing.
I loved that my door was away from the house. I felt like I was in my own place, even though I was steps from the house.
Steve is a great host. He left me alone all week, but I felt like I could call on him for anything while I was there. And as a long time resident of the area he knows where everything is that you'll need.

Samuel was very friendly and accommodating. Nice cement pad with water and electric. Hook up. The property was beautiful with lovely trees and foliage. Perfect location to go and see the rocket launch the night we stayed.

This was a fantastic host. He likes to be out to greet everybody that pulls on to his property. While I was unhooking, I was having some issues because of the little bit of slope going up onto the pad. The pad was very level, I do want to say that. But there's a slope between the hitch and my camper tongue. Sam made sure that I had everything I needed. He found me a breaker bar so I can get the bars off and get everything leveled. Great communications. I felt secure and safe. Very friendly man. Really enjoyed his property. Five star owner.

Samuel was attentive and nice. He greeted us when we arrived. Helped us navigate where to park. The pad was level but we used it as a porch instead since the grass near it was level as well.

This site is quiet, convenient, and comfortable. Samuel's attention to detail -- a good size, level cement slab, 30 amp hookup, and water -- makes for a pleasant stay. Our schedule meant we arrived about 9 PM, which was coordinated ahead of time through the Hipcamp messages
Sam was accommodating and met us upon arrival, ground guiding us to the site. Super spot, super host -- would highly recommend!

This was a comfortable and peaceful place to stop. Host was welcoming and warm. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The neighborhood was nice and established. Big lots so there is space and privacy. Host and neighbors were quiet. Great stay!

We felt very fortunate to have found this spot.
It was tucked away and private. Also very close to several stores including a nice Publix.

The “official” campsite with a concrete pad, water and limited electric was towards the back of the property and close to a busy and noisy road but the host Sandy was very friendly and said I could park anywhere on the property that I wanted to get away from the road noise. Since I’m in a self sufficient camper van I moved to the front of the property which was much quieter. I was there for two nights with a day trip to the Kennedy Space Center. The launch that was scheduled for the day I checked out was scrubbed but you can’t blame the host for that.

Sandy is wonderful. Truly the best host. The campsites at his place are great. His dog is the cutest. It’s nice and private and safe and cozy feeling. It’s really a beautiful property with a host that has the most beautiful personality to match. Love love LOVED staying and will stay as long as we can and will come back again! I definitely recommend staying at Sandy’s (Samuels) place. I can’t say enough what a nice place the set up is and how nice he is. 10/10 service all around and 100/10 for the host! Truly amazing sweet guy and the best campsite the accommodated all of my needs for my camper and trip.
