Grazing Oaks
We had an amazing time staying at Grazing Oaks, we didn’t want to leave! We were a party of 3 adults, two kids under 10, and two dogs traveling in a 30ft trailer. The RV sites are well spread apart, making the experience more exclusive to the travelers. We stayed right across from the horse stables, and got to meet the amazing staff that tends to the horses, as well as learn about them. We were in the area to scuba dive at Blue Grotto and Devils Den (just minutes away) and will absolutely be reservation again for our future dives. Although both dive locations have full RV hook ups, the laid back feel and exclusivity offered at Grazing Oaks Ranch will keep us as repeat customers.

Grazing Oaks
Stayed at Grazing Oaks for a quiet getaway. The property is indeed quiet with lovely trees and shade. It's a good place if you aren't interested in being around many other people. There is a small airport nearby but the planes overhead didn't bother us. We went into Williston and hung out at Homestead Park which was fun. Got to say hi to all the animals. You can purchase fresh eggs and they had treats available for the animals.
There were a couple things that could have made it a better experience: While the listing on HipCamp had good reviews and photos, there were no instructions beyond "host will meet you there". The driving instructions when arriving to the property didn't make sense and the property itself had no signage of any kind. There are a couple of residences on site, one being an AirBnB but due to the lack of check in instructions (assumed there would be an office maybe?) we had to message the host thru the app who we now know is not local. Apparently the should have had a phone number to call the groundskeeper upon arrival but it didn't. We hung out for about 20 mins before someone came to show us where to go. I asked about all the animals and was given the impression that we could visit and pet all of them. We spent time with the horses one morning, then upon returning saw people hanging signs stating to not pet or feed them. There's no way of knowing what visitors have access to or not so that was odd. No obvious property barriers.

We had a great trip to this Hipcamp! There were lots of animals there, you could make a new animal friend! My girls loved petting the horses and feeding the cows and ruby treats. We even learned a lot from the trainer on the property. Also, there’s a zip line and a swing! The trees were breathtaking and the property was beautiful! Oh and even some fruit trees on the property. It’s always a pleasure being in the middle of nowhere. Frank was helpful when we arrived and we even met others who were staying to enjoy s’mores with. The weather was magnificent too. Would def return!

We loved our experience and Frank was so helpful! We loved the shade and all the hook ups for the RV. It was a pleasure to feed the horses and the pig! 5 of 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the best get away. Enjoyed seeing the horses and miniature cattle. The hosts were spectacular! We came home with some fresh eggs. We will be going back.

This was my second time here, and it’s such a charming gem, it’s about 45 minutes from where we usually have to go, but it’s well worth the drive. My 9yo son loved the zip line and the animals. 10/10 Will be booking again! Very beautiful property and the animals are extremely friendly. Especially if you have carrots or apples :)

We absolutely loved this campsite! My friends and I came on a short weekend camping trip and have nothing but great things to say about this trip. The ranch manager, Frank, was so incredibly helpful and so friendly. He provided us with assistance whenever we needed it. The property itself is beautiful. The ranch has several horses and cows that you can feed and pet, which our group loved! You can hear the cows at night but they’re not loud enough to wake you. The spanish moss hanging off the trees is so picturesque and even more breathtaking during sunrise and sunset. Two of our friends slept in hammocks and found it easy to find trees that would work. Coming from a city, we were taken aback by how clearly you could see the stars at night. The property also has a bonfire, a small zipline (which was so fun), and a tree swing. During the day, you can see planes flying into the airport overhead. We booked the area when none of the RV spots were booked so other than the nearby on-property AirBnb tenants, we felt so private and secluded. There are no bathrooms on property and the service around these parts are not the greatest (as expected). Overall, would highly recommend booking this place! Truly a memorable experience.

We had a great time. Frank was great at making sure we got settled after dark. He let our kids feed the animals and even let my son have some fresh eggs.

Beautiful farm and amenities. The animals were friendly and loved the attention. Owner and farm managers were on top of any needs or concerns I had. I will for sure be coming back to this spot over and over.

Great spot. Welcoming hosts. This has been a great stay for me. To note: these grounds share multiple RV hookups as well as a main home listed as a short term rental; the only challenge I experienced was fire pit smoke overtaking my encampment from a guest's short-term stay at the main house. Other than that, you can mostly expect peaceful, farm tranquility.

Grazing Oaks was a great fit for my needs, as I prepped my local home for sale. Agustin and his Farm Manager, Frank, were wonderful hosts, offering conversation and help, as needed, but mostly allowing me privacy, which I relished. I enjoyed feeding my scraps to the resident pig, exploring the back fields and petting the many horses in the paddocks. Agustin was attentive and I appreciated our communication. My dogs loved it and felt right at home. A few things to note: it is near the local airport so between none to 3 times a day you may hear a plane or helicopter pass by. I was never woken at night, so this was not a problem for me. When Agustin and family are in town there can be late nights and shooting/gun range, so if you have dogs afraid of that, be prepared, or if you need your sleep, plan ahead with some sleep aids. All in all I definitely recommend!

We lived staying at Grazing Oaks!! We booked a few nights not knowing if we would like it...... well, we loved it!!! We booked an extra night bc I just didn't want to leave the beautiful oak trees & peaceful property! It is so beautiful, they have lights in the trees at night. Just a great place to really get away! We look forward to going back! Augustin was very nice & Frank the manager was very helpful with answering questions & getting us checked into a great spot.
Very happy with our stay!!!! I'm already planning another in the fall!!!!

I loved camping in our rv at Grazing Oaks! The host was very responsive & helpful. The farm manager Frank was wonderful as well. What a great relaxing peaceful place to camp!!! The host has really thought of everything to make your stay THE BEST !!! We will definitely come back!!!

Great property with lots of Oaks and spanish moss. Enjoyed hanging out with the cows and pigs. Hook ups (water, power, dump) worked great. Went to Blue Springs Park, Two Tails Ranch and Ceder Lakes Woods & Gardens all an easy drive and would recommend all three.

Very pleased with the Grazing Oaks site. All the hookups we needed, giant fire pit with plenty of wood to burn, use of the covered cook shed and its amenities (sink, stove, oven, microwave, TV and drink cooker) was a huge bonus. Plenty of land to walk and explore and nice being able to the feed the various farm animals. Agustin was very responsive with questions and the ranch manager, Steve, was very helpful getting us settled and checking on our party. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

This was a beautiful location! The hosts was responsive, helpful and friendly. The horses 🐎 and cows 🐄 or the property make you feel welcome. 🤗. The fire 🔥 circle is lovely with lights in the trees at night and you ca stroll around the property at will. Wonderful place with seclusion and charm!

We loved staying here! It was a bit off the beaten path, but worth the detour. We met Frank and he helped show us where to park and was so friendly and welcoming to the kids as well. The property has beautiful oaks and dreamy lights strung about adding to the peaceful ambiance. Would love to stay again!

We had a great time in the woods at Grazing Oaks. Lots of stuff to explore on the property, very quiet and secluded! The ranch manager provided firewood and shared his knowledge about the animals and the area.
Beautiful property with incredible trees and scenery.
Would definitely recommend and we will be back in the future!

Great place to camp on a horse farm. The farm manager was very helpful and had fire wood and lighter knot pieces there waiting for us. Kids enjoyed feeding treats to the horses, cows and pig next door. We really enjoyed the fire pit. My only complaint (very minor) is some of the trees on the roadway to the farm were low and scrap and the area with the hookups is very sandy and you could easily get stuck. This property is located off some dirt roads and I’m not sure how they would be in the summer rainy season, but they were great for us. We will definitely go back. I don’t think anyone actually lives at this farm, it’s the hip camp sites and an Airbnb, which was fine for us, but if you are expecting a “working” farm you might be disappointed.

Camping under the beautiful live oak trees & Spanish moss was a treat! The property is gorgeous and the sites are private. There are farm animals to watch as well as lots of different birds around. Gus, the host, was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. I’ll return if I’m back this way again!

We absolutely loved his place. We have a small camper and his place has full hook ups. There are lights hanging from the tree that you plug into the camper and it's so beautiful at nighttime. It's so quite there that you forget where you are, you may hear a rooster in the morning which was great! He's place is so peaceful and the perfect spot to get away from everything but close enough to what we wanted to do.
We went to Cedar Lake Gardens and Paynes Prairie Preserve. Great day trips!
Gus is great with communication and Frank met us to make sure we will able to hook up to everything and he even gave us a dozen of fresh eggs from the chickens at the farm.
It's a lovely place!

Camping on Gus's land was perfect. It was quite, private, and so beautiful! This was a perfect place to unwind around the campfire and enjoy the outdoors. I highly recommend to anytime looking for a full hookup site! Gorgeous!

So beautiful! The kids had a great time exploring the property. We loved petting the farm animals. It was close to so many cool spots like Devils Den, Blue Grotto, Rainbow River, Blue Springs and Cedar Lakes botanical gardens just to name a few. Town was less than 4 miles away where we had dinner at The Ivy Restaurant, and a breakfast at Sister’s Place. I can’t wait to make plans to go again.
