Just like other reviews said, this is just a big open field inside a fence. There are no amenties at all besides a fence and a place to park. Be careful driving around this field. As another reviewer mentioned, this is a junk yard. There is trash, scrap metal, and tires everywhere. Make sure your vehicle has a high ride height as there are countless holes in the ground from where fruit trees were formerly planted. Unfortunately, the fact is there is nothing glamorous here. Do not believe the photos you see on the booking page. Its not easy to find where to go, and the only entrance is an unlocked gate with vegetation overgrowth and a tree stump blocking it. Its not an obvious entrance. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is kinda egregious. I dont recommend staying here, you may damage your vehicle or get injured walking around and tripping over trash and holes. Hipcampers beware.

Farm was difficult to find. Clear directions to the gate to enter would be helpful. It wasn’t quite what was expected, the farm seemed more like a landfill than a farm.

Overall it was fine, but.. it’s just a giant field. I just needed a spot to crash for the night in my truck so I wasn’t concerned, but just a giant field of weeds/grass. Now mowed, so expect some bugs around your ankles. I was nipped a half dozen times even though my time outside was less than a minute. There appears to be a construction site at the bordering property line, too. Though I rolled in around 10pm and was out by 8am, I didn’t hear anything. Looks like host may be living out of the trailer on property. There is no privacy via trees, bushes or any markings. Just pull up and park.

Enjoyed camping there. Out in the middle of Redland farms in fact it is in the field. Rustic no frills but that suited us perfectly as a get away from everything. Quiet and dark makes for a pretty night sky. Shana was nice and helpful. We will be back.

Quiet Site, Close to Everything

My husband and I enjoyed stay with Shana. She's doing a great job as a host. The campsite was so close to many attractions. Yet just spending a quiet day at the camper was equally wonderful. We both recommend and will return. Thank You Shana.

Shana and her husband are very nice host and they are right there if you need anything. The property is a wide open pretty field which is great if you have dogs or like to sit outside plus we could see the moon well most nights and people farming during the day. Even with other campers there you have plenty space to yourself. In the area are many amazing farms with food trucks or stands and lots of activities from petting zoos to off-roading tours and Miami Beach is just an hour away. ***we HIGHLY recommend coming with a FULL FRESH WATER tank, do not rely on water hookup mentioned in listing*** If you use starlink for internet, it works great here!

Great place to rest while heading down to the keys. Hosts were great and we needed to extend for a day. No issues with the flexibility. Follow the directions from the host. We ended up coming in from the wrong direction and it was BUMPY.

Wide open and peaceful

Ample space and easy to find level ground. We visited Miami Beach while there and I got a few running miles in around the nearby neighborhood. The nights are quiet and dark.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

Everything was great the first week I was there . . . .. Until price started to increase weekly . Daily rates started at $25 , $22 up to $35 up to as high as $40 in a matter of 3 weeks. Before I got to this hip camp I specifically asked owner if I can stay until about March because I just relocated from Jacksonville and funds were tight and I couldnt afford to be bouncing around from hipcamp to hipcamp . Only to be told 3 weeks later I had until the 31st of January to leave because they have no permit to house RV's on there property. This put me in even worse position I was in . Owner wasnt totally honest about the state of her hip camp . The last week and some change was horrible. My Rv recieved smoke damage from the neighboring farmer burning piles of plastic . Also construction trucks coming in and out at 6am dropping off loads of gravel . I was not given any type of courtesy of what was going on around the site to prepare myself. It was a deal with it or leave situation . That simple. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS SITE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO A FELLOW CAMPER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I honestly wish I could take back the positive review I left the week of arriving. This stay became a nightmare . Due to the burning plastic close to the campsite I now have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix my RV AC before the brutal summer begins . Inconsiderate, far from honest. Just a whole money grab situation going on here .They don't care about the campers at all just want your $

Quiet and peaceful stay on a farm field. Close enough to everything, was able to ebike most places. Plenty of fuel nearby. True boondocking so bring your own water , toilet and electric. The host was super cool and informative as well.

Really nice and quiet place . Very clean as well. Looking to escape the city life , this is the place for you . Host is great and easy to talk too . . Walmart , Publix (10 minutes away ) Gas station less than 5 min away. One of the best Hip camping spaces I have ever visited .

Good spot to camp near lots of fruit farms. Most importantly I was able to reach out and get confirmed quickly (~1hr from messaging to setting up my tent) then pitched right in the middle of the bean crops :)
