110 acres of old Florida ranch land and woods. Secluded back in the center of the property is a private little pond where the tent sits behind. Gamble Creek Ranch is oasis from the hustle and bustle of the cities and towns that are not too far away, but just out of reach so you can really recharge and reconnect with nature. With so many state parks close by you might have to come back again to explore more!Escape to old Florida. Come enjoy your very secluded glamping tent at Gamble Creek Ranch. Your only neighbors will be the cows and wildlife. It is a perfect spot for a romantic weekend getaway or used as a base camp to explore the nearby state parks, farms and small towns. Set back in a secluded part of the ranch overlooking your own private pond. Enjoy relaxing on the front deck watching the birds, deer, turkeys and more on the feed plot or kick back around the fire sharing stories of the day’s events. Upon entering the gate you’ll drive through the pasture past our small herd of cows to a rear gate to enter the private area back in the woods of old Florida. Cozy up in the comforts of the tent. The tent is richly appointed with a king size bed, chairs, fan, nightstands, power strip for charging, games (outside there is cornhole as well), cards and a cooler, (bring your own ice or there is an extra fee for ice prior to your arrival). On the deck you’ll find more chairs a small propane grill and beyond that is a fire pit and picnic table. The tent can accommodate 2 adults and 2 or 3 children, (air mattresses are available upon request for an extra $10/night each). If you have more guests there is a grassy area available for bringing your own tent ($40). Dogs are welcome, but for the safety of your pet and the cows please keep them on a leash. Please keep a safe distance from the cows. We welcome you to take pictures and observe the herd, but these are livestock and not pets, so we want to keep you and them comfortable and safe. Speaking of cows...since you will be driving through the pasture to get to the camp you might run over a cow pie or 2. These are organic raised cows so the cow pies are all natural! When you are coming and going, PLEASE remember to close the gates behind you to keep the cows from wandering off. You know what they say, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence but they have plenty of green grass here. NOTE: There is an extension cord that is attached to a small power strip. While there is usually power we can't guarantee because it runs off solar so it depends on battery charge, etc. Please plan on bringing power bank, backup batteries, etc. for your power needs. Remember...this is a place to "unplug". Gamble Creek is located close to the following attractions and cities: - Beker-South Fork State Park: approx. 15 min (9 miles) - Little Manatee River State Park: approx. 10 min (8 miles) - Alafia River State Park : approx. 28 min (25 miles) -Terra Ceia Preserve State Park: approx. 18 min (11 miles) Cities/Towns: - Parrish, FL : 2 miles - Tampa, FL : 43 miles - Sarasota, FL: 30 miles

Gamble Creek Ranch Glamping

Our stay at Gamble Greek was amazing. The ranch was very peaceful and it was fun to see the cows. Everything about the tent was great! Brian was a very communicative host and him and Joe, the ranch owner, went above and beyond putting fireword in the pit and leaving a lantern on the porch since we were getting there late. I couldn't recommend Gamble Creek enough and will definitely be back!

Gamble Creek Ranch Glamping

We loved Glamping at Gamble Creek! It was quiet, private, dark but not too far from civilization. We went hiking then into town for a while, but really enjoyed feeling like we were in another world by ourselves.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing

The location was a fun getaway without being out too far. Great location near the freeway, Publix and horseback riding. There was a nice hiking trail through the woods and deers that passed by to visit. The sun never hit directly into the camp. We never needed the fan with the breeze that came through at night. The tent and bed were clean and the space was thought out with details of what we may need. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing outdoor experience and never left the site until it was time to go.

Great place and well appointed. We loved the farm! There were definitely some coyotes or something that we heard at night which made it more fun!

Such a great tent, the bed was so comfortable and the space was really cool. Definitely off the grid which was awesome! I recommend getting there in daylight because it’s tricky to find the exact location of the tent. I will definitely be back!
