I had a great stay! Very comfortable, quiet spot in a cute area. Michael was able to accommodate me last minute and I was able to find the place with no issue. The Disney fireworks were great every night! I will definitely return.

First the cons cause there are so few ..sketchy wifi but really when you want to get away not an issue. The Adirondack chairs would be better served as kindling for the firepit, did not feel like they would support my weight. So bring your own chairs! Little Scare E okie from the neighbors, set dogs a barking but did not run late! Was actually kinda funny! Think they're only weekenders anyway! Dark during the week.
Everything else was wonderful! An amazing site by Black Lake not buggy at all well for March anyway. Grass well maintained, yet with the reeds and shrubs along the waterline; still gave it a wild feel! Far enough from the hosts house privacy was not an issue! Lots of sun solar station was very happy! Disney fireworks nightly @830! Magical. Great location close to everything in Orlando and Kissemme close to grocery stores! Circle K for when you need Ice!
Plan on going back if Michael will have me.

Really nice spot on the lawn, with firepit, and on the waterfront!
It was december 31st and there was firework all around the lake all night long… a night to remember!
was quick to respond and gave helpful tips on the place.

I camped here with one of my friends for two nights and we had a great time. The yard is spacious and we had the whole place to ourselves.
You’re camping in their backyard so there isn’t much in the way of amenities, just a fire pit, a couple chairs and a trash can really. The listing stated that very clearly, so we knew to pack our waters a camp toilet and the fact that we were only camping two nights meant we could basically “bird bath” but the lack of a shower means this is best for shorter trips.
It was a cold night for Florida, temperatures in the low 40s, and we under estimated how much fire wood we would need. Luckily, Michael was generous and let us use some of the wood that fell during a recent hurricane. He came out for a quick hello when we got there, but mostly left us to our own devices.

Michael’s place was very nice. It was quiet and has a great view of the lake. Seeing Disney’s fireworks every night was a plus. Michael greeted us shortly after we arrived to see if we needed anything and to let us know he was there if we did. We will be back.

After a quick trip thru suburbia, this is such a peaceful oasis. The owners were so kind and helpful. Disney fireworks at night were a real treat for us all, as was the bird life on this lakefront site. We really enjoyed ourselves!.

This is a simple spot, on a gassy lake front spot. You can see the fireworks from Disney. It's only 4 miles from downtown winter garden. We parked our van , to block the sun, creating a surprisingly private space with a lake view, the breeze was amazing.

My family and I loved camping at this location. We arrived Friday night and to our surprise, we caught the Disney fireworks over the lake. So pretty! The area is nice and calm, but very close driving distance to restaurants and stores. Michael was very welcoming and attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommend this host and camping location. We'll be back for sure.

We had a great stay right outside of Orlando! A nice town with many stores & restaurants. The lake view was peaceful and we enjoyed being able to see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom, what a nice little bonus. We stayed here because I went to MEGACON on Saturday, and it was close enough to the Orange County Convention Center without being amongst the Orlando traffic. Thank y’all so much! We’d definitely stay here again.

Michael's spot is a hidden gem! After winding through what felt like endless suburbia, you get to his road and see his adorable home and expansive yard. The directions were clear and we pulled into the yard and set up next to fireplace. We had a couple questions and Michael responded quickly. We caught the Disney fireworks over the lake and had a nice campfire before bed.. We got to meet our hosts in the morning as we were packing up and had a great chat. High recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Drove to Clermont Waterfront Park from here for the day and this was the perfect loc. Big space to set up camp, fire pit to keep the mosquitos at bay, and fireworks every night. Hosts are friendly, and Hudson the hound too!

Great spot right on the lake. When you first pull in you scratch your head a bit but once you are set up it's beautiful. Huge lawn to park on with fire place, and Adirondack chairs to relax. Quiet area but very close to anything you would need. Great host, super friendly and a beautiful friendly dog as well. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise.
