We loved our stay with Grayson and Bridgett. They have a little slice of heaven at their farm not too far from Ft. Myers. Enjoyed meeting all of their horses, sweet dog and even the chickens! If you are looking for a peaceful get away...this is your place. We will definitely be returning.

This place is fantastic! It is quiet and peaceful, and the hosts, Grayson and Brittany, were great. Grayson met us with fresh eggs (yummm) and it was so cool to have the chickens running around all day to watch!. We will definatley be back and I highy recommend this camp site.

What a lovely property tucked away, but close enough for all your needs. Grayson and Brittney were wonderful hosts and the property is quiet, clean, and peaceful!

We just stayed at Equestrian Retreat for 3 days and really enjoyed ourselves. The spaces are very roomy and plenty of room to park our rv. Water, sewer and septic were easily assessable when we fully backed into the space. It was very peaceful at the Retreat! We look forward to staying again!

Our time at Equestrian Retreat was undoubtedly the highlight of or Florida vacation. Grayson and Brittany have set the bar very high for our first Hipcamp experience. They were the most gracious and welcoming hosts. Their home was just a stone’s throw away if there was a need for something but left us to enjoy the serenity and beauty the horse farm had to offer. This rural setting was in close proximity to grocery stores, banks, pharmacies and etc. The two full hook up sites each offered a large private area to make camp with plenty of turning radius to park any size rig. Sites were level and connections worked well (be sure to bring extra sewer hose to optimize where you set up on site). We appreciated Brittany and Grayson’s time when they showed us the horse barn and let us interact with their horses. What a bonus to gather fresh eggs from the henhouse just steps from our rv. A new brood of chicks was added when we were there and it was a delight to see them each day. Since this is a real working horse farm we were able to book a trail ride with Brittany and enjoy a beautiful horseback ride through a pine preserve with equestrian trails right from the farm. We were grateful that she had availability in her schedule. If you are fortunate to score a a stay here (from our understanding a lot of repeat guest are now reserving for next year) you will not be disappointed!! We are looking at our schedule now to make our reservation next year.

We had a wonderful visit with Grayson. The site was clean and welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Very close to lots of things to do and shopping, etc. We weren’t able to use the sewer hookup because of how we parked and the hookup is at the very back of the site but we were able to use a macerator pump and dump. There was plenty of room for our 42’ fifth wheel and truck. Grayson and his wife were very accommodating and welcoming. We would highly recommend this stop to anyone passing through.

This was our first experience with Hipcamp and it was a wonderful experience. Grayson greeted is when we arrived and made us feel right at home. The property was very quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed after busy days away from the campsite.

We are full-time RVers and needed a place to stay for a few nights between campground reservations. Grayson and Brittany's equestrian estate didn't disappoint. The location is great and RV sites are spacious. Grayson and Brittany are kind and communicative. While we were there, we were offered free eggs straight from the chicken coop. We also got to visit with the horses and dogs, who are all so incredibly sweet! We chose to stay in their Oak Haven site, which meant that our hookups were on the opposite side of our rig, but our electric and water were able to reach by extending the cord/hose underneath our rig. We couldn't reach the sewer connection, so we just moved our rig to dump it on our way out, which we were totally fine with. If you have a larger rig, bring at least 30ft of sewer hose to connect, and we'd recommend staying in the Palm Paradise site. That being said, we preferred Oak Haven for its spacious patio and shade underneath a tree. If you back in, your door will open to an array of plants. If you drive in frontwards, your door will open to the patio (and your connections will be on the correct side). For the same price as an RV resort, you get nature at your doorstep, peace and quiet, and a stress-free stay. Highly recommend.

Equestrian Retreat
Grayson's place worked out great for our motorhome trip. It was a treat seeing the horses, feeding the chickens and "stealing" fresh eggs from the hens. Grayson was quick to help when we had problems and answered questions promptly. The property was rural, but not terribly far from Ft Myers. If you're a kayaker, be sure to visit Telegraph Creek!

This is a really lovely place to stay. Lots of space for large rigs to maneuver. The 2 spaces are nicely landscaped. Grayson was friendly and eager to help us enjoy our stay. We loved the horses and chickens. The Palm Paradise spot is 30 amp and we had trouble getting full amperage from it, but I think the host plans to fix that problem. Also, bring bottled water or have filters as their well water has sulfur.

It was a cool, secluded spot. Both Grayson and Brittany were very nice and accommodating. Brittany went out of her way to be kind and share her horse knowledge with our daughter who is really into horses. The one thing we struggled with was that the sewer hookup was too far to reach our trailer. We had to move up to dump before we left, but don't let that make you pass this camp up.

A very relaxing experience every time we go! We go for work in the area however this time we got a few days of just R & R it was great! The property is well kept and love being around the horses and chickens. The farm fresh eggs are hard to beat! Grayson was a great host once again! See you again soon!

Had an awesome stay! Is a great location with easy access and full hookups. Very gracious host and extremely helpful! Very close to Fort Myers and all the activities there. Were a couple close by local restaurants that were excellent. Highly recommended Hipcamp location!!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed with our RV and our 14 Pomeranians. Grayson and his wife were gracious hosts ensuring we had all we needed to enjoy our vacation. We loved the horses and the wide open spaces.
Had all the amenities. 50 amp service. Water. Sewage dump. And plenty of space for our Poms.
We will be back next year. Happy New Year.

Grayson's land was great! He was a wonderful host, answering questions and history in his land and animals. The horses are beautiful and the property is well kept. It is truly a breath of fresh air in comparison to an RV park. We travel often near Grayson's property and are looking forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grayson’s Equestrian retreat. He was gracious to lend his golf cart and even let my son (12) drive around the property. Nice setup with 50 Amp and well water. Private location, you only see the horse barn and pasture from pad. There home is there but you are separated by landscaping and trailers. Bit of sulphur smell to water but filtered and clean. Make sure you have a long enough hose or Grayson will lend you an extension. The water is on opposite side of electric for now. Cows in pasture and several horses in barn. My son enjoyed the horses and feeding them some treats.
The location is close to Labelle which has more restaurants but the Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill is close by on water. We also enjoyed renting kayaks at Manatee Park, a must see. If you Mountain Bike, Caloosahatchee Regional Park Trailhead is the best mountain biking in SWFL. Fast winding single-track. Wet this time of year but dry November through May. We also ran from Graysons place down dirt road and paved road. You could get in 4 to 7 miles of super low traffic roads and trails.
Grayson was extremely accommodating and a great communicator. Wholeheartedly recommend his Hipcamp if you are in the area.
