1.25 ace vacant lot leveled with crush rock and shell and grass. Firepit. No hookups. Two blocks from Manatee Pocket. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also an excellent Latin Market and vegetable stand. Beautiful Breeze. Its the kind of spot you can get comfortable in. It is my lot. Please text me at 561-370-9427 to let me know you are staying. I am not charging anything at the moment but my intent is to gather feedback about the location and demand. Your comments are much appreciated. Use 3995 SE Salerno as the address. There is an alley to the right between the food trucks and the Sandy Beach. It is the entire lot from the alley to the east between Seaward and Salerno and Commerce. You can park anywhere you like.

Spacious Level Parking - Site B

Loved the site very nice area the palm trees in the wind was nice through the night, occasional trains passing by but it's over quick and not too disturbing. Didn't get to try the fire pit but it's a nice amenity there!
