We have everything you need and more. Our Avion has a cozy queen & 2 twin beds, fully functional kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and all the housewares. A flushing toilet and hot shower. The Avion is situated on our property but you have full privacy to the area. You can chillax on the patio and read a book or sit by propane fire pit and enjoy a nice glass of wine or your favorite Bourbon! We are 1/2 mile to Dutton Island Preserve where you can go hiking, kayaking, SUP or fishing. We are also a 2 miles from the ocean and lots of great shops and restaurants in Atlantic Beach.
