A beautiful quiet spot to camp and enjoy the outdoors. Stores and bathrooms in area. The area is known as Tampa Downs Ranchettes. It's a great location to see nature in its fullest potential. A 1/2-acre spacious land to do outdoor activities. Water in area if needed. Take advantage of this beautiful experience.This site is walking distance from the beach. 30 minutes from Victoria Texas. Enjoy this quiet and peaceful spot.

A nice safe place to overnight.

Cleared lot Relaxation spot

Site was nice and level and was easy to find and easy to set up for the night. Very beautiful land that has been divided into residential lots With a few homes scattered throughout. It was just what we needed after a long days drive. Very convenient to US Highway 17 but far enough though that it was quiet at night. I would stay again if I were passing through the area.
