Welcome to the Brainy & Footsy Beach Pad, a charming getaway nestled in the heart of Englewood FL near Dearborn st and Manasota Key. This Full hook up RV site is fully privacy fenced in, provides 50/30/110 power, and is less than 3 miles from the beautiful beaches of Manasota Key. Every convenience an RVer could ask for is within 10 minutes and many are walkable. Pets are welcome and will enjoy the oversized 90’ x 45’ lot. Plenty of parking for your tow vehicle and there is even a Ford dealership with Service department in walking distance should you need to have some maintenance taken care off. A featured walking path located across the street, nearby state parks and beaches. We are a full time traveling family and we created this RV lot to be everything we want when we stay here. *PLEASE NOTE* we are on a busy street that leads to the beaches and shopping so backing into the lot can be intimidating to newer RVers. Traffic is lighter after 6, so if the lot is empty you can arrange to arrive the night before your check in at no extra charge if this concerns you Weekly rate $315 ($45 per night). Monthly rate $1,200 ($40 per night). Special monthly rate for Aug-Oct $1,000 (rainy season - $35 per night). For monthly rates, please book and I will adjust to the correct rate based on the length of stay. Hipcamp should adjust for weekly rates automatically Thanks! Looking forward to hosting you. The two properties have a common access gate to join the RV lot and the cottage yard. We had a wonderful stay at this RV campsite! The site was fully equipped with 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hookups that worked perfectly. The fully fenced-in yard with a locking gate gave us a nice sense of privacy and security, and the shed on site was a helpful bonus for storing items. It’s located on a busy road, and backing in was a little tricky, but it was manageable, and once we were settled in, we really appreciated the space and setup. It was a quiet, comfortable spot, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

This will sound contradictory, we loved this campsite. Being completely enclosed allowed our dogs to run around and play. It had plenty of sunshine. The close proximity to Manasota Key Beach and Englewood beach were great. Crystal responded quickly to all messages. My only concern, and I realize the host can't do anything about it except be clearer in the description was the very busy road and ditches on either side of the driveway. We are new to Rving and backing up is a slow process for us. I read each listing thoroughly to be sure we'll be able to back-in. The busy road was very uncomfortable and stressful. We may not have stayed here if we had read this in the description. Lastly, a picnic table would make this site even better!

One of the best stays we have had!! The lot is amazing, full fenced in yard! We went to the ymca just a mile down the road. The beaches are close, stores are close. Loved the farmers market on Dearborn. If you haven’t been shark tooth hunting. Check out shark frenzy to get all the information you need to do it. Crystal was great, she answered quickly to any questions we had. Also shared some local events going on!! Hoping to spend a month here next time!

We really enjoyed being able to have our dog off leash and free to just be. The site is nice, has everything you need in regard to hookups. The street is busy but our RV has noise control so it was not an issue for us. Crystal was very responsive when we reached out.

Our first HipCamp experience and it was a great success. Everything was as advertised and Crystal, though we didn’t meet her, was immediately responsive to our messages. The property was neat, maintained and completely fenced which was perfect for our dogs.

We liked staying there. We had full hookups, close to stores & not far to a beach access. We liked that it was fenced in so the dog didn’t need to be on leash. Crystal was easy & quick to communicate with. I would definitely stay again. This was my first HipCamp experience & it was awesome.
