Going on Year 4 as a hipcamp host! We are so grateful to have met such wonderful guests over the years! This land is very special to us and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The perfect place to unwind and disconnect from the busy day to day surrounded by nature, farm animals and wildlife. Located in one of the best spots in SW Florida! Hiking trails, horse farms, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities and within minutes from the beautiful FL beaches. Ideal for a weekend getaway or a snowbird vacation!

Serene farm stay on Bell Oaks Ranch
We had a nice stay, nice property. The area in general is really great! Amazing beaches, very yum food and bar choices closeby. We were assigned site 2 prior to our arrival. We were greeted by the property caretaker, Jimmy. He instructed us to pull into the site vs. backing in, so that our front door faced away from the house...which was fine, but the water and electric pedestal ended up being in our front door area vs. behind/side of the camper. Lots of trees, but no real shade. Site 3 might get a lil bit of shade. Site 1, zero shade. We chose this hipcamp without a sewer because it has a bathroom. It has a fan, but omg!! it is stifling hot in there (no ac)! My boyfriend would come back from the bathroom dripping sweat. This is May... I cant imagine the hotter months. We dug Bobo coming to say hi and being social and making her cute liitle chicken noises, but pooping on my woven mat, and carpeted steps, eh, not so much. Smelly, messy cleanup. Watch where you step! We appreciated the local recommendations.

Serene farm stay on Bell Oaks Ranch
We had a great, relaxing time at BELL OAKS RANCH. It was very quiet and serene, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and the beach. Everyone at the Ranch was very friendly. We loved the friendly animals. We will probably be there again sometime and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
