We love living on Anastasia Island. It is a small Island 2 miles wide by 15 miles long. It is walking distance to the beach, fishing pier and amphitheater. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house. Our pad is just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is there along with many other attractions. We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. Both sites have full RV hookups. We accept Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, we can't take Class A and no tent camping is allowed. There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island. We are LGBTQ friendly. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here. Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult, Each additional pet (over 1 pet) is $5. additional fee. There is an off leash park two blocks away. The beaches are also pet friendly. We adhere to CDC guidelines for safety. We wish you safe travels and happy trails.

Nice, quiet RV spot near the beach

Sherri and Robert’s place is tucked into a very nice little neighborhood only a few minutes from the beach. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. Everything was very tidy, and all of the hookups are conveniently placed. The pad was nice and level, and there was plenty of space for my RV. There was also a nice sunny lawn and patio area near the pad. Robert and Sherri have lots of pretty plants and flowers that decorate their property as well.

RV Pad#2

Robert is the nicest guy ever! He let us check-in two hours earlier, loaned us a table for our blackstone and was so kind throughout our whole stay. The space is a bit tight, but there is a pretty porch area behind the camper that we could sit at, a lawn for the dogs to hang out and play and behind the house was a peaceful oasis right there at the pond. The location is also great, we never had to go far anywhere and enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine.

We really enjoyed our stay… Robert greeted us upon arrival and gave us the walk through of where everything was. Easy hook up. There house was so close to downtown St. Augustine. We ride our e-bikes everywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. Our favorite part was sitting by the lake/pond and watching the ducks and turtles. Nice relaxing getaway!!

Great Hosts and Great Location!

What a great experience! Robert was such a great host (we didn’t meet Sherri but I am sure she was just as nice and her landscaping is beautiful!). He was so accommodating and the location was perfect, it literally was a 10 minute drive or less to everything we wanted to do, including Anastasia State Park, the beach and downtown St. Augustine. The pad was so nice and we had our own little private area to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We invited Robert to have a drink with us Saturday night and it was so enjoyable talking to him. We highly recommend this site and we will absolutely go back! Thanks again for the hospitality. 🙂

Camping with Dogs!

My husband and I decided to take a trip for 4th of July weekend since we had the time off work but didn’t want to deal with all the park traffic. It was our first trip as a full fur family in the new rig, two dogs and a cat! Sherri & Robert were incredible hosts and made sure our stay was flawless! Perfect amount of privacy with our own little yard and plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. We absolutely loved the location too! Just 5 minutes from Anastasia Island State Park, took the dogs on a nice hike, just 10 minutes from a great dog friendly beach and only 10 minutes to downtown st Augustine! We got to experience all that we could’ve hoped for an more! Sherri and Robert even graciously invited us for Happy Hour our last night with them, it was such a pleasant surprise to visit and meet their amazing neighbors. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we met while walking the dogs were so nice and welcoming! We will definitely be back to visit 🥰 thank you both so much for such a lovely visit!
