Learn more about this land: Hello and welcome to our secluded and restorative property near New Smyrna Beach. The beach is only 10 minutes from our property!  About the property We are also located only 15 min south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour from Orlando making our spot an easy and delightful weekend getaway. There are many nearby activities but the Coastal bike path is a couple miles down road meaning you can pop out for an enjoyable morning ride. You can find fishing 10 mins from our property as well. Our favorite thing about our property are the amenities and the space! We have over 2.5 acres to explore. Your hosts live onsite and will greet campers upon arrival but then leave campers to enjoy their stay! About the listing This listing is for one campsite that accommodates a tent or a van and truck camper up to 20ft in length. Please no large RV’s! If you do bring a camper instead of a tent please keep in mind we are a dry camp and there are no hookups. You must remain self contained. Our site includes access to outdoor shower, bathroom, tiki bar & pool! Other amenities listed below: -Firepit and firewood provided -Potable water from spigot -Totally private! Only one group at a time -Wifi and good cell service -Outdoor shower available -Half bathroom near pool area -Pets allowed -Trash bins onsite Additional details to note Check in is after 1pm and check out is before 11am. Please keep in mind that our quiet hours are after 10pm. Don’t forget to bring your tent, swim suit, and towels! Steve and his wife are such lovely people! Their property was great to camp at. The location is about 10 minutes from the beach. The campsite has a little fire place and picnic table to use. The bathroom was great and the access to the pool and tiki bar in their yard was great. Such a great stay. Thank you Steve and Rachel!!!

Steve's place was great! The campsite was cozy and private, and having the use of the pool, bathroom, and outdoor shower was perfect. Between swimming in the pool and chasing lizards in the garden, the kids were absolutely content. Steve is a great guy and very thoughtful host. We can't wait for our next trip!

Steve's place was great. I arrived later than expected and all I wanted was to sit next to a fire and relax before bed. Because of this, I missed out on a lot of the great amenities that this location had to offer and someone else will have to check them out. The tiki bar and pool looked great and would be fantastic, especially in the warmer months. There is a really nice outdoor shower and the half bathroom was very much appreciated. The firewood provided was really well dried and burned without a hitch and the firepit was the perfect size. I saw two deer run right through my camp in the night so that was pretty cool. Great location down a pretty drive with just a short section of dirt road at the end so it shouldn't be hard for anyone to find or access. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

Steve and his property were great. He made sure we were all set and fully stocked with fire wood. Bathroom was just a short walk away from the site. Nice location to spend a day at the beach.

We loved Steve and Rachel’s property. The pool and tiki hut made for a great evening hang out and the facilities were perfect. We only wish we had more time to spend there. Steve and Rachel were great hosts and communicated well. We will definitely be back. Joe and Karen

Me and my girlfriend stayed in a tent for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. We seen a deer the first night. Host was great. Close to 95 but seems like your way out in the woods and also close to beach.

Very easy to find location with directions. Very friendly host with great communication. The campsite is on 2 arces of land, covered by the host's house with trees - excellent for some private time. The campsite has a couple of chairs provided near the firepit. The winner of the whole thing is the proper bathroom and outdoor shower! You get to look up at palm trees while you take a private shower outside. The toilet and sink are nearby in the poolside bathroom. Beautiful camping experience

Steve has a beautiful property with a great setup for campers. The location is tucked away on a quiet street, but still very close to everything you might want/need. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again if we’re back in the area!

We had great experience at Steve's place. Stayed 4 nights, enjoyed the pool, private restroom access, outdoor shower was great. We were very private and hotes were not far too. Very nice place. Hotes are very nice people. I keep this adress in my notebook and would go back there any time. Thanks to Steve and Rachel!
