Sumerland is a smallholding of just over 2 acres in the heart of Somerset. Close to the Mendip Hills, Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge, Burnham-On-Sea, and Weston Super Mare. We have Soay sheep, chickens, ducks and other poultry, plus emu to keep you amused! The space is relatively level with a beautiful tranquillity, gorgeous sunsets and dark skies at night. We offer seasonal camping, accommodating tents and SWB/LWB campervans. We believe in keeping it simple when it comes to camping. Campfires are not only allowed but encouraged for a proper wild experience, with fire pits for hire, and wood kits also available to order, along with freshly laid eggs amongst other goodies. Potable water and on-site toilet available. Take to the public footpaths, stroll down to the stunning old Windmill, cycle the back lanes of the picturesque nearby villages or pop down to the local cider farm for a refreshing pint.
