Come stay on our Farmstead! We are full time livestock, grain, and produce farmers. If you are looking to enjoy the experience of a Farmstead, consider spending the weekend here! We have a few very friendly steer, a small herd of Boer goats, an obnoxious amount of piggies (about 40-ish), and a flock of free range chickens that keeps us on a never ending Easter egg hunt!! HEY FISHING GURUS - We are located on Chipman Pond and have there are more freshwater fishing ponds in and around our immediate area, several within just 5 miles. We are directly across the road from the Chipman Pond Boat Ramp, and we have plenty of room for vehicles with trailers. We have an onsite fish cleaning station and access to water. We have a long 'honey-do' list for this sweet little rental and cant wait to upgrade as we can, so bear with us in our early stages.

Our Empty Nest campsite is RV ready with electric and water hook up! Come park your RV right across from the beautiful Chipmans Pond, with a great view of the pond from your front door, access to the spillway from the property. Or pitch a tent. Or come park your van!! We have a fire ring for cozy campfires or functional outdoor cooking!

Roxy our a 5th wheel RV is located just as you're coming up the lane on the left, as it sits right at the top of the creek ridge, nestled in between the greenhouse and the shed. Take just a few steps behind Roxy and the ridgeline provides a quiet relaxing place to take shade or have a picnic, it is private and secluded with great views. Out the front door is great view of the pig pasture and farther beyond that, is a view of the goat and cattle pasture..... FYI, the front door view from Roxy gives the BEST sunsets. Roxy; comes equipped with a master bed over the 5th wheel, queen size bed, small wardrobe area and dresser available, with a wet closet. No one likes to have to put on yesterdays wet gear, we turned the non working shower into a place to hang rain gear, towels, swim suit, etc.. as to keep everything wet in one space to dry out. We offer the bare necessities or utilize the add-ons to let us glam it up for ya a bit!! The rest of they RV is an open floor plan with working stove/oven and microwave. The fridge is currently pantry or dry storage until the repair is done, so bringing coolers is recommended or utilize the add-ons we offer! We offer access to water but the plumbing facilities in the RV are not in use. We have a porta potty just outside the rental for close and convenient bathroom facilities. Currently no shower facilities.
