ABOUT:
Cowtown Glamping Cabins provides an unfiltered connection with natural beauty here in coastal Delaware. Set upon a landscape of old west vibes, spend a couple hours, a day, or a week at nearby beaches, explore multiple boardwalks, and state parks, see the wild ponies in Assateague, or enjoy tax-free shopping in Rehoboth Beach. You're experience here, will be set in a ranch-type sanctuary while creating unique glamping memories you’ll never forget.
The Painted Pony is one of two beautiful Lotus Belle yurts we have pitched here at our new glampground. With room for 2 guests, (children need to be over 12yo and above) there's an outdoor grill to prepare your favorite meal, a picnic table and a fire pit with two chairs are included. Inside the space is a comfy queen-sized bed with clean linens, a sitting area with books and major western-boho vibes.
You'll be happy to know the campground has WIFI access so you can easily keep up with work and play along with being just minutes from popular beaches. Cowtown Cabins is centrally located and 6 miles from North Ocean City, MD and down the street from Mc Donald's, Starbucks, grocery stores and even a pharmacy nearby! Everything you could want will be at your fingertips.
As our guest, you'll have access to the flushable portable potty and hot/ cold rinse station (like last year.) However, our brand new "saloon-themed" bathhouse, is due to be completed spring/ summer 2024. We will change this listing once its finished and ready for our guests but for now, plan on the portable potty and rinse area.
WHAT TO BRING:
-Bring a cooler with your ice to keep drinks and food cold in the yurt. Ice is for sale less than a mile away at a gas station or grocery store.
-There is parking available for 1 (one) car only. Please NO trailers attached or 2nd cars as parking is limited in peak season.
-Bring bath towels and beach towels since we are just a few minutes away from amazing beaches!
-Bring an extra fan in the summer (you won't regret this!)

LOCATION:
Cowtown is located in Selbyville, Delaware which sits near the border of Maryland and is very close to Ocean City, MD. The property has been a horse-rescuing ranch for over two decades and currently has a western glamping huts, a Garden Hideaway Tiny House, and a barndominium called the Swedish Cowboy all available to rent year-round.
Cowtown Glamping Cabins will stay open for families, reunions, groups, organizations, retreats, and even the occasional western-themed wedding.
The Painted Pony Yurt includes:
-One queen size bed with unique southwest décor
-Inside solar string lights with remote
-Electric multi-speed fan (bring an extra if you'd like)
-Two zipped mesh windows with zipped canvas roll-down blinds
-Two large zipped doorways

-Fire pit with two chairs
-Full size picnic table under a shade tree
-Four stall bathhouse w/ hot showers and an outdoor shower area!!! Please message me your dates first to make sure they are available as this space is listed on other platforms !!!
Guests will have access to the Painted Pony yurt, outdoor picnic table, fire pit with two chairs, the outdoor hot/cold rinse area and the portable toilet. Each yurt site has it's own shade tree.
One spot of free parking on-site. To get around car is best, UBER and LYFT can also pick up at our property entrance gate.
Keep in mind the belle tent yurt is a strictly a non- smoking space and accommodates two guests only. All children MUST be 12 and over.
