FALL UPDATE: IT'S GETTING CHILLY OUT! WE RECOMEND BRINING EXTRA BLANKETS OR AN ELECTRIC BLANKET. NO SPACE HEATERS ARE ALLOWED. YURTS CLOSE ON OCT 31 AND REOPEN MAY 1st 2024. Cowtown Glamping Cabins provides an unfiltered connection with natural beauty here in coastal Delaware. Set upon a landscape of old west vibes, here you’ll live day to day, adventure to adventure. Spend a couple hours, a day or a week at nearby beaches, explore multiple boardwalks, state parks, see the wild ponies in Assateague or enjoy tax free shopping in Rehoboth Beach. You're experience here, will be set in a ranch-type sanctuary while creating unique glamping memories you’ll never forget. The Painted Pony is one of two beautiful Lotus Belle yurts we have pitched here at our new glampground. Plenty of room for two guests, (children need to be over 12yo and above.) There's an outdoor grill to prepare your favorite meal, a picnic table and a fire pit with two chairs are included. Inside the space is a comfy queen size bed with clean linens, a sitting area with books and major western-boho vibes. You'll be happy to know the glampground has WIFI access so you can easily keep up with work and play along with being just minutes from popular beaches. In fact, Cowtown Cabins is centrally located with a Mc Donald's, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores and even a pharmacy nearby! Everything you could want will be at your fingertips. As our guest, you'll have access to the outdoor hot/ cold rinse station up at the stables and a flushable portable potty with pump hand washing sink, (see pictures of both.) This is temporary until our bathhouse is finished. Bring a cooler with your ice to keep drinks and food cold in the yurt. Ice is for sale less than a mile away at a gas station or grocery store. There is parking available for 1 (one) car only. Please no trailers attached. Cowtown is located in Selbyville, Delaware which sits near the border of Maryland and is very close to Ocean City, MD. The property has been a horse rescuing ranch for over two decades and currently has a Garden Hideaway Tiny House, and a barndominium called the Swedish Cowboy that even has a hidden game room that are available year round. Cowtown Cabins is now working on a glampground, offering many unique structures in an "old west" theme. Cowtown will be completed in 3 phases with the Indian village being done first. Two belle tent yurts have been erected and a communal firepit and bathhouse is in the works. Second, we're building an old west town complete with unique glamping huts and a perfect view of cattle from the window that will be ready spring 2024. Finally, we dive into the larger cabins to be completed in the future. Cowtown Glamping Cabins will stay open year-round and will be available for families, groups, organizations, retreats and even the occasional western themed wedding. The Painted Pony includes: -One queen size bed with unique southwest décor -Inside solar string lights with remote -Electric multi speed fan -Two zipped mesh windows with zipped canvas roll down blinds -Two large zipped doorways - 100% waterproof canvas tent -129.2 square ft. of useable standing space
