This site is located in a residential neighborhood next to my home. It has a level driveway with open flat yard. Can see beautiful sunsets overlooking a field. Property is located just outside the Lewes historic district and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and downtown Lewes. Close to bike trail, Lewes Beach, The Cape May Lewes Ferry, & Cape Henlopen State Park.I'm located about 1 mile to the bay at Lewes Beach and also the ocean at Cape Henlopen State Park. Nextdoor to the property there's a clothing boutique and a crystal store. Close-by within walking distance there's a popular place called The Brush Factory which has indoor unique shops for household items, artwork, clothing, and fresh local produce. Also within walking distance are restaurants and a brewery, pizza, Chinese takeout, breakfast and coffee to go, pastries, and even an Electric bike rentals!

Roxanne was extremely engaged in commiunciation. Very accomadating, camping site is very close to city center and beaches. Very nice experiance, was able to walk side walks all the way into town. Highly recommended. Charlie
