So my first review got lost somewhere in review land. Here goes a shorter version. Entering the property can put one off with the piles of parts, lumber, cars, 2 campers (one for sale). However, one walks around a wooden privacy fence and is greeted by a large clean area of sand, complete with picnic table, chairs, tables, and even a small pool. A camper parked to the side of the property is air conditioned and contains a very clean toilet, sink, refrigerator and kitchen sink with hot and cold water
Son of Emily, Ron, is a readily available caretaker for the property and is very much a people person, willing to help with anything.
Ron’s dog Little Girl, greeted my little dog with enthusiasm.
The site itself is partly shaded, partly sunny so great for any temperature.
The only downside in my opinion is the road noise from the nearby highway. It’s not loud but annoying in the evening.
I recommend checking out this place if you are a camper in the area.
