Nice quiet place for an RV. We have a 31’ RV and had no troubles at all finding the place or parking. We’d definitely try to stay here again in the future.

It would have been a nice place especially spot number 4 coz you have the view of the beach but it’s not safe to stay overnight. We were woken up at 3am coz guys were yelling trying to start a fight. Cars randomly playing loud music and it’s past 12 midnight .We wanted to leave but even then a car park behind our van so we were blocked. We had to wait for morning to break to be able to maneuver out of the tight spot.Thanks for sharing your place but im sorry i wouldn’t recommend it,then someone might experience our situation.

It was great for me since no one else was staying there. The spaces are designed for vans or class c campers. If you just need a place to stay that has water and electric, it’s great. If you want a campfire at night, forget it. The view was fantastic from the deck and the guy that runs the place is really nice. I’m not unhappy that I stayed there.

This location is good in that it’s convenient to downtown New Haven, and it’s easy to get to off of I-95. The downside is it’s between an apartment building and a public parking lot and there can be noise from both sides. People were active well into the night at the public parking lot and there were some hot rodding during the night. If noise does not bother you, this place would be fine.

Harbour House was a great find. Right off the 95. Rob let us know about the area. There is a nice bike route/walk on the water and a new outdoor restaurant and creamery, Riva, that just opened in the route. Walkable and very nice. We also sat in the patio for our morning coffee that overlooks the harbor. We would return and recommend Harbor House

West Haven Harbour House
Harbour House was a great find. It’s not easy finding spots off the interstate. We needed a spot on our way to NYC and this worked out well. We added two more nights. As noted, it is right next door to the public boat launch, but city maintenance keeps it cleaned up. Also the police monitor it on a regular basis. We would recommend Zuppardi’s Apizza. A local spot. We enjoyed it. We would come again.
