Learn more about this land: Property has a driveway down the middle of the 5 acres. Right now there is an old fire pit (only if there is no fire ban) that can be used, you can camp anywhere on the 5 acres (its all yours!) within 20 feet of the edges. The corners will be marked with metal fence posts and pink stakes. Property will is completely undeveloped right now, we will soon have a nice RV/tent space, fire pit with wind breaking wall, a few trees, picnic table, horseshoes, etc, so check back soon! Huge views of the Rockies, local lake, 2 miles from trail heads, roaming cows and antelope. ***Must be self sustained, no bathrooms, must pack out all trash including bodily waste, please do not bury anything.
