Almost got shot trying to get there
Listing said it had electrical. After booking was told there was no electrical and that others paid extra for power, etc. They actually don't have 30 or 50amp - they have a 20amp extension chord from the barn that they're using for power, so not the safest thing. Should be details in the description of the listing. Host gave me a very hard time & was refusing to call me to explain, all the while not realizing he had listed electrical on the spot I had booked. He finally realized this later and told me I was right but never cared to apologize. Upon booking it said the property had no set address and that coordinates only were provided. Coordinates provided brought us to a completely separate town not even close to the property we were supposed to stay at. We pulled up around 12am and got looks like we were intruders. The next door neighbor had a red barn so we pulled in there thinking that had to be the one only to find 2 men, not very amused, one holding a firearm. Luckily the host answered the phone and the men whose property we drove onto quickly understood it was the hosts fault because it very well could have had a situation go very sticky very fast.Was put in harms way all due to the lack of care and attention to detail on this listing . There was a property address, ask for it. Our lives aren't worth a campsite and after what we went through just to get there we didn't even want to stay there anymore. Finally, there is zero service at this site.

The host Michael was very welcoming and friendly. A great spot to get out of the city and enjoy the rolling hills and quiet!! My little dogs loved hanging out with the chickens and wild rabbits, the race was on for the rabbits đ My most relaxing part of my trip.

Beautiful, picturesque spot with placidly grazing cows across the road, lovely sunsets, bright stars, and super nice people. I felt welcome and safe traveling alone and renewed after all the fresh air and quiet. Michael and Mitsi helped me with special accommodations and were awesome hosts!
