Blake was an incredibly accommodating host. He brought us fire wood and showed us around. But the bathrooms were in a strange area where you had to go by and bother other people in houses around the area. It was a bathroom in a house surrounded by tiny houses. The door to the bathroom didn’t lock and there was a lot of mouse droppings. It was far enough away you had to drive and pulling up in a car felt like we were disturbing everyone. The campsites look like they would be far away from each other, but they are very very close. It was a beautiful area, but not worth it for the price we paid.

Blake was more than welcoming and accommodating during our stay! The property is gorgeous and located about half way between Durango and Silverton. How often can you take a private tour of a waterfall?!

Mountain meadow serenity
Blake has a great property: large, scenic, private. He had other campers that were distant enough in the meadow that I didn’t even notice. And Blake is an awesome host! He called me to give me detailed directions and arrange to meet, then gave me a tour of the property and waterfalls in his off roader. He was exceptionally accommodating.

The land is so beautiful! We were actually cold in July, camping among the Aspen trees. Perfect!
Blake and his staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Everyone is so very helpful.
