You’ll be camping in a pasture accessed via dirt roads—nothing fancy here, but we offer some of the best night skies you can imagine. Please note that pasture conditions reflect the weather—if it’s hot and dry, the campsite will be hot and dry. Plan accordingly! We welcome messages with any questions. Whiskey Ridge Beef is a family-owned and operated grass-fed beef operation located on the eastern plains of Colorado. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, all-natural, never treated with growth hormones or antibiotics, GMO-free, and raised humanely. We consider ourselves stewards of the land and practice sustainable farming and ranching methods.
