A beautifully tucked away 2 acre property in the town Pagosa Springs. It's a heavily wooded property that's tucked away from traffic. There are mountain views, short hiking and mountain bike trails from the property, and it's a 1 mile walk to the hot springs and main Street Pagosa Springs. It's close to town, but you would never know it. You can take a short drive to many beautiful natural attractions such as Treasure Falls, the Ice caves, Four Mile Falls and much more.Middle rv spot with water, sewer, & 30&50 amp; electric hookups.

The parking spot was level on gravel, close to the other two campers, but the forest was just up the road where we could walk our dog. Neighbor campers including our host were super friendly. Close to town on the highway. Convenient location.

This spot was perfect. It was in a great location close to the hot springs which is what we go to pagosa for. There are some woods nearby that our dogs had a blast in. Beautiful and peaceful. Totally will come back!

Loved Ren and her property was perfect for us!! We walked (easily) into town and enjoyed the close proximity, without spending a lot of money.

We had a great night stay. The site was nice and level for our van. Our pup loved exploring. Ren was so nice and friendly. We would stay again.

Nice Spot Close To Town

Mountain Goddess Property

There was very good communication with the host and she was there when we arrived and helped us get settled in the space. It was very level on gravel and we had full hookups which is always a plus. The property is located close to town but in more of a business/industrial area. It was relatively quiet too.
