Queen bed, full kitchen with microwave, stovetop, fridge, freezer and a dedicated coffee bar. Private bath includes shower and toilet. AC and Heat available as well as reliable WiFi. Comfortable dinette folds down so can sleep 3 comfortably.This is located on our property (in our driveway) within blocks from downtown. We will ensure electric and water are set up so you can conveniently use the kitchen, toilet and shower. There is a queen bed and the dinette folds down to comfortably sleep one.

I loved the camper! Cute and cozy, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay at an incredible central location in Leadville. Katy was a kind and helpful host. I would absolutely stay here again.
