Permitted vehicles include Class B vans, small Class C RVs, camper vans, or truck campers. Towable campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, or any setup with a separate tow vehicle and trailer are not permitted. The RV and vehicle must be a single motorized unit. If your setup includes a separate tow vehicle and trailer, it will not fit the site layout. Your RV must also be fully self-contained, with onboard black and gray water holding tanks, current registration, and functioning onboard systems. Site Details: Trash service is not provided; this is a pack-in / pack-out site. There are no electrical hookups, no water, no sewer connections, and no restroom facilities available on site. This is a dry camping / boondocking-style site on private land. Fire Pit Policy: A fire pit is available only when permitted. Fires are strictly prohibited during any active county, state, or local fire bans, and fire use may also be restricted at the property level depending on conditions. If a fire ban is in effect, the fire pit may not be used under any circumstances. Firewood is not provided. Fire restrictions are strictly enforced for the safety of the land and surrounding properties. This site is designed for guests traveling in a compact, self-contained RV and comfortable camping without utility hookups. Please ensure your RV meets all site requirements prior to booking.
