Dishonest Owner!
Very poor communication from the owner. Initially said we could have 2 vehicles and accepted our reservation with that information. Then refused to honor that reservation. I ultimately tried to cancel and he kept our money. Avoid this place completely.

Beautiful
Such beautiful land! Hassle free set up next to a beautiful stream. Gorgeous night sky, the only night one trip I saw the Milky Way! Didn't get the electric hook-up I paid for but it was still a great stop.

Kevin's place was a beautiful basecamp to see Black Canyon NP. There is a lovely creek running right by the site. Kevin recommended visiting Ouray and that was the best part of our stay. The falls are amazing and Ouray is gorgeous!

Nice site with great spot to hang out next to the creek.
Be aware, the power is supplied via 15A extension cord and was insufficient to engage the transfer switch in the RV, leaving us to run the generator.
