Nestled on 14 acres of stunning landscape with breathtaking views of the San Juan Range, our campground offers a unique blend of natural beauty and modern amenities, making it an ideal stop on your journey through the Western Slope. Although we are still in the process of construction, we currently feature 17 gravel sites equipped with electricity, picnic tables, and fire rings available for reservation. Additionally, two potable water hydrants are conveniently located on the property for guest use. At the heart of our campground is a beautifully renovated schoolhouse that serves as the main building. Here, you will find restrooms, Wi-Fi, and a camp store designed to enhance your stay. We have also transformed the main room into a coworking space, recognizing the challenges of working while traveling. This dedicated area provides a comfortable environment for guests who need a break from their RVs to focus on work. Located just two miles from town, our property offers easy access to grocery stores, laundromats, hardware stores, restaurants, and local shops. For outdoor enthusiasts, we are situated on a bike trail that connects to an impressive 70 miles of mostly paved bike paths throughout Montrose, providing ample opportunities for exploration and adventure.
