Named Talking Rocks because of the sound of the wind rolling over our natural and ancient manufactured depressions in prehistoric ocean beds / coral protrusions. Varying frequencies, bellows, and wailing can be detected easily through the deafening silence. No car, road or machinery can be heard at this remote location.

Amazing stars
A bit confusing to find the campsite because I didn't see the email Jake sent with a literal map of where our campsite was (sorry!) They were hosting some friends at night and it wasn't too loud for us. We liked it. Very whimsical forest vibes. Work in progress and can't wait to see it how it comes along. The night sky was amazing. So many stars I was mesmerized. We would come back here if we ever needed to camp again! Thanks for having us!

Good overall, just a couple of recs
Jake was super nice I appreciated getting to talk to him before we arrived to learn more about the location and all that they do. Overall the camp was cool. very quite. Campsites arent really marked so it was hard to figure out where we wanted to set up camp. We were two girls camping alone and no one else was around so we would like to reccomend some better lighting if possible.

Dirt and Dance
After driving 30 minutes down rutted dirt roads, learned that reserved site occupied because Ascension festival underway. Offered a site in field next to port-o-potties, but we decided to leave since music with ecstatic dance all night really not our scene.

Talking Rocks
We had such a wonderful time. From the begging of the booking, Jake was attentive and welcoming. As he was not going to be able to greet us he made sure we had exact directions and instructions on how to get to our camp. Once there we had a lovely time stargazing, exploring the land, some of the interactive sculptures and general space that has been created out there. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a magical experience in the desert.
