Loved seeing all the animals on the farm! As you might expect, there’s no/little cell phone service here, so just good to know. This was an easy place to stay one night and then get quickly to Mesa Verde!

I loved my stay at Marianne ranch. The spot is level and the ground was firm. The view towards the sunrise is incredible and it was really nice to have the animals around. Marianne is a gracious host, she came out to meet me and we had a lovely chat.

Nice View Friendly host and animal. Pastures are still a little to wet so parking was a bit limited but all good. If we are back through this summer we will definitely plan on staying

The site is very beautiful, Charlotte and the donkey were funny. We parked just next the horses, and they came to see us on the morning, this is the good places for animals lovers.

We ended up not staying and because the directions were not very helpful as to where exactly to camp. We found the field I believe we were supposed to stay and it was almost all sloping and the only flat spot had campers there already. We moved further down the field and the neighbor came out and yelled at us stating we were on his property. All very confusing and the owner never answered my messages. 0 stars unfortunately.

Marianna was so nice and showed me and my 7yr old all the sweet babies on the ranch. She gave us multiple different options as far as where we wanted to park to use out rtt! I slept so good which rarely happens when we’re out on the road. Jackie who works the ranch was very friendly and made us feel even more welcomed. Another family with two lovely children were there at the same time and that made it even more fun for my son. We will definitely be back whenever in the area.

Such a unique and great spot!! Had the best morning feeding and hanging out with the animals. Marianne makes you feel right at home. Easy to find, zero issues!

Marianne was a fantastic host! Her camp is ideal for a family to enjoy the farm animals and the beautiful views of la plata peak. Great proximity to Mesa Verde. She recommended a magical hike to the fall colors, went out of her way to make our kids smile and made sure we were comfortable! Highly recommend!
