We are a private, gated horse ranch just outside of Durango, Colorado. We offer two RV/LQ hookups, two horse paddocks with shelters and water (horses are welcome!), a three-bedroom, three-bathroom guesthouse overlooking Rattlesnake Gulch and the La Plata Mountains, and a 30-foot fifth wheel featuring one queen bed, twin XL bunk beds, and a pull-out sofa, located next to a fire pit and the horse paddocks. We are just 25 minutes from downtown Durango for shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation; 15 minutes from the New Mexico border; 30 minutes from Mancos and nearby horse trails; and 45 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park. We live on-site. Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse. If camping at the RV hookups, pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash.
