Learn more about this land: We offer a convenient spot for RV's, campers, and mobile homes to stop for the night or weekend. We are only minutes off of I-70, but far enough that you can't hear the highway. The spot itself is in our large, graveled driveway. We have 5.5 acres with an old mining cave you can hike to. Our house is walking distance to the Indian Hot Springs and historic downtown Idaho Springs, which offers lots of bars, restaurants, groceries, and shopping. We are also only 45 minutes away from popular ski resorts. There are tons of other activities to do in the area - four-wheeling, mountain biking, hiking, and rafting. We can provide access to electricity and Wi-Fi and can easily have water delivered if necessary. We have corn-hole, darts, and a fire pit (when there is no fire ban). Please be able to back in to our driveway.

      Friendly owners/great location.
      Great access to downtown and the hot springs via a fairly short (1 mile) bike ride. Be aware our 28' travel trailer was quite tight to get in.

      Great spot to park for the night! Very convenient to downtown Idaho Springs & easy access to I-70 while still being a bit secluded.

      It was a convenient stop over close to the town. Be aware that it’s an angled driveway up a steep gravel slope and tight to get in with our small 24ft trailer… not for the beginner or larger trailers. I wouldn’t call it a camp, no space to spread out. Relatively quiet, shaded by the mountain in the morning. The owners are very nice but we’re used to a more Hipcamp experience.

      Great spot right next to Idaho Springs! Wonderful if you’re staying for the Hot Springs, enjoying downtown, or just being close to hiking/skiing. Frank and his family were wonderful!

      RVs/Campers, Minutes off of I-70
      Location is great...on the edge of a cute town but the reservation was cancelled leaving us to try to find a spot to park the rv at night in an unfamiliar town/state with our 2 kids and dogs. Wr ended up staying 10 miles away in a parking lot of a store after lots of frantic searching and driving all day.

      Don’t pass this up
      What a great spot so close to I-70 yet quiet. Large flat spot for your RV and enjoy the hummingbirds and sounds from the stream. Enjoy nearby downtown Idaho Springs while you visit. Frank was a terrific host, don’t pass this up if you are in the area.
