Beautiful location with gorgeous sunsets and stargazing. A little close to the neighbor rv’ers. Didn’t appreciate the dogs barking early morning. Overall a great overnight stay!

Easy in and out with full hookups. Gorgeous views. I worked from my camper on the weekdays that we were there and I could watch the sunrise from my desk and at night we could watch the sunset. After dark the stars were amazing!

We had an absolute awesome stay this past weekend. We’d never been to this part of Colorado before and loved the location. The site is very easy to get into and out of. The water pressure is strong so being a reducer with you. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. We found our new favorite spot! Amy is very responsive and extremely accommodating. Some flexibility was needed for us as our truck broke down. She extended our stay for just long enough for us to get home safely. She was great! Thanks for everything Amy!

Wow what an amazing little place. Soooo peaceful and the views. Level, 50/30 and water and sewer!!! I due recommend a pressure gauge. The water pressure is excellent but a bit high for my camper. Brought it back down to 45psi and still enjoyed a full powered shower

Loved this spot so much that I booked extra nights! Feels very safe and conveniently close to so many incredible areas to explore, the hosts are prompt with questions you may have as well. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else!

Amy’s land was the perfect spot for us to spend a quiet night “on the farm.” The sites were clean and well-kept. The views were breathtaking, especially the gorgeous sunset! Awesome place to camp!

Beautiful place to stay. It had more amenities than a lot of other sites that were going for a higher rate. They were very patient and respectful when it took us a little extra time to have to leave cause we ran into problems. We are very glad we stayed here.

I loved camping on Amy’s land. Directions and communication were clear and the site had a great view. I reached out last minute for a reservation and Amy was quick to answer my questions and accept my request. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful. It was quiet and central to Dolores and Mancos. A perfect pull in and cozy up type of setup with everything we needed. The host was welcoming and accommodating. We will be back.

We spent 2 weeks at this location and just loved the views! Our 360 views consisted of the San Juan Mountains, Mesa Verde Mountains and Ute Mountains and we're just gorgeous, especially seeing snow capping the mountains. The sunsets are phenomenal. The location was off from the busy roadway with very little noise from traffic and sits next to a horse farm which we enjoyed seeing. There are 3 sites close to each other on the property, but only 1 other person staying same time as us so we had a space empty between us. We liked having full hook ups and a quiet stay. Very close to Dolores downtown, but only a 15 min or less drive to most stores in Cortez and less than 40 mins to Durango. We also made the less than 2 hour drive to Moab Utah to Arches and Canyonlands National parks, so it's a prime location, with Mesa Verde National Park a very short drive away also. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and extremely informative, helpful and accommodating. We did not meet the host, but had quite a bit of communication and no issues at all. The sites are level with gravel and a dumpster for trash. The few neighbors seemed very friendly too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area!

Fantastic views, level sites, full hookups worked great, very private. Close to Mesa Verde National Park for activities. Verizon hotspot got great speeds so i was able to work for the week. Thanks for hosting us, will definitely come back on our next trip through

We stayed here to see Mesa Verde National Park (only 20 min away) and to work. The service was great with our Verizon. They also had a starlink they gave us access to. It was quiet and had beautiful views. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice spot with full hook-ups at a great price. Beautiful views and very easy to find and maneuver. The 3 sites were a bit close together; but, it was the perfect place for us to spend a night.

We were the only campers at the time and the host was very flexible and accommodating regarding our site selection. She also responded immediately to our text messages while we were underway. All of the sites have s great view on the surrounding beautiful landscape. Hookups were as described and on the left as you pull in; they all worked well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the site to others without hesitation.
