Nice cabin on a farm. It is next to main street, but its very quiet. like 1 car an hour quiet. Cell reception is pretty poor.
Property is fenced in. But I saw a family of deer in front of me.
The queen size bed is very nice. I slept well on it.
There's a free Chargepoint charger walking distance from site. Its very slow.
All the shops were closed when I was staying, but there is a cafe close by.

Great little cabin. And location. It is located next to a road but the road noise was minimal. When I was there over the 4th of July there were two small active hornets nests and no sun shade over the porch as shown in the pictures but those things didn’t ruin our lovely stay. Someone came to the property twice and walked around but said nothing as to if they were with the property. Host was unresponsive to my two inquires while staying at the property.
The views of the property from the porch are stunning. If star gazing is your thing this location will not disappoint. Deer visited the fields often and even came close to the cabin. Cabin was clean, really nice bed, and nice cross breeze if you open the windows.

The site is super hard to find if you’re coming in late at night. A lit up sign or something would be hellpful since the town is so small and has poor cell service! A battery powered fan in the cabins may be a nice addition as well! Otherwise it was super cute and a great place to lay our heads for the night before we headed out the next day!

We stayed in the smaller cabin and it was perfect for what we needed. Clean, cute, and cozy. If you do stay here bring a flash light and water. The host is pretty quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Apple Orchard Farm Stay
Had the place to ourselves. Quiet even though on Main Street. Deer in the field and pigs in the pen. Just the spot we needed after a long day of driving.
Cabins looked cute, but we had our own camper van, so can’t speak to the cabins.

Apple Orchard Farm Stay
I loved camping on this simple, beautiful land. Conveniently off the path I traveled from Ridgway to Moab. I felt so safe and loved watching deer at sunset. Cabins are very well done and so so homey. Family is very kind and responsive. Would love to stay again next time I pass through.

What a cool setup. Was a little nervous about staying in mid-November with lows in the mid 20’s, but with a few extra blankets and a good sleeping bag it was actually quite a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Some sort of heating element would be nice in the space though. These guys have a really special property; the morning views were spectacular. Both Melanie and Bode were lovely hosts; would love to get back up during apple picking season to help out in the orchard! Would highly recommend, thank you both for the hospitality.

This was a cozy place BUT it is very bare bones. It worked perfect for what we were looking for, just be aware the cabin is quite literally four walls and a bed. NO electricity or water. One of the windows was broken and didn't shut. Also, when we showed up the door wasn't locked and there was no key for us to be able to lock the place if we left things there. Like I said, it worked just fine for what we were looking for but I think others would benefit from knowing the information I had from my stay.

The farm was peaceful. I enjoyed having dinner w the local deer.
The barking dogs all nite were annoying but besides that I would recommend this place.
Bring earplugs.

The cabin was great! So relaxing!! The land surrounding the cabin is beautiful. We saw so many deer! The porta potty was clean and totally usable. There is some noise from the street but honestly there are so few cars driving around it was never an issue. The bed was comfy and the cabin is really cool and well built!

I stayed at the Prospector Cabin with my boyfriend for two nights and we were seriously changing our plans to add another night because we had such a good time! The cabins were very well made and comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They even let us use their bikes. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Telluride area of CO.
