Amazing views
Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
Single campsite only 12 miles south of beautiful Estes Park Colorado. Wooded views of the valley overlooking Pinewood Springs. Water available but please don’t fill your tank. 20amp electrical service Maximum motorhome vehicle length 24 feet. Camper vans, tents and pop-up campers are fine. Also smaller travel trailers. Dogs ok on leash.This site has a very nice view of the adjacent woods and Pinewood Springs Valley to the east. It is level with a stone base. About 6’ will be available to the east side for lawn chairs. Plenty of room to put your awning out.

Great base for exploring the area.
This was a great tiny spot to use as a base camp for exploring nearby Lyon’s, Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s a unique site that sits in the edge of a great overlook. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Convienent yet remote
Was easy to find with provided directions, even at night. Erik was very accommodating in helped us get settled in, even at night. It was very conviently to Boulder, and the view was very nice. Bonus points for Erik's very cute puppy we met. Erik's house was close by but our privacy was very respected and it didn't bother us

Great views and a cozy spot in a good location just 20 minutes away from Estes Park. Erik was very friendly and hospitable, and it was a pleasure meeting him and his puppy.

nice view
Very clean and safe camping spot. Erik introduced himself upon our arrival and answered any questions we had. Parking spot is close to the home (Just as Erik notes in the listing!) and nice and level for easy parking. Would stay again!
