Sorry no dogs! Come camp on 1.5 beautiful acres of fresh Nederland air. Enjoy the numerous flowers and wildlife in the spring and summer. On property we have chickens also that you can feel free to enjoy fresh eggs from. Nearby are some awesome hiking trails, visit downtown Nederland, or just relax. I live here :) There is a spring on caribou rd that has potable waterGuests have access to entire yard, fresh eggs, and beautiful scenery. Park in the driveway and there is a great camping spot away from the house

Peaceful setting outside of town, they offered us fresh eggs from their chickens. My daughter loved the chickens as they came to us to see what we where up to.

I loved tent camping on Olliander’s land! It was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful and unique home. The drive there and the drive out was a scenic experience through the mountains, which was a great addition. The chickens and rooster may wake you up in the morning, which was a benefit for me! They were cute and pretty friendly, Would highly recommend!

Olliander’s space was perfect for a quiet, peaceful weekend tent camping spot. They were very easy to communicate with, greeted me upon arrival, and lovely to chat with. The space is well shaded and also has a large open clearing, has parking within 100’ of where I set up my tent, and is within 10 minutes of downtown Nederland and TONS of hiking trails. I would highly recommend a stay at Olliander’s (and the fresh eggs from their chickens).

Olliander’s property was cute and close to town! We were able to fit our camper van at the top of the driveway (near the house number on the tree). The chickens and kitty were a plus!

This property was absolutely beautiful! Close to town to get whatever supplies you need but far off enough to feel separated from the hustle and bustle. The host is very kind and communicative as well. Highly recommend :)
