My 6 friends and I loved our stay here! Nice peaceful spot and the host was very kind. The fire ants stated in the description were quite miniscule and not an issue in any of our 3 tents. The spirit house was great and the bathroom and shower were clean. Overall wonderful place, would come back and would recommend!!

The bathroom and shower facility was very clean! We had to leave a day early, but while we were there it was quiet and peaceful. My son enjoyed watching the farmers in nearby fields work the fields.

Just did a one night stay, the shower that is available was just what I needed! You are close to the highway so if you’re a light sleeper you might not enjoy it. I slept perfectly fine.

The access to the bathroom, sink and shower was nice but we couldn’t use them while she had clients. It’s was unclear as to when that was and once we accidentally interrupted a session.
The directions were a little unclear upon arrival. On the booking receipt’s “on arrival” part, it said to head straight to camp, but in the host’s written directions it said to pull in the driveway and host will show you where to go. Not clear communication.
The overhead shot of the property was accurate though. We didn’t interact much with the host. The overhead shot indicated that we should pull through the site, but I found some metal bits in the dirt and decided to go back the same way we came in.
Lots of fire ants. We slept in our car camper and were fine, but it might be an issue for a tent camper on the ground.

Nice spot. Easy in easy out. Cool to have a bathroom with a hot shower. Not the quietest place but trains don't bother me.

Very nice place! Keep in mind that it's close to the highway and the train can also be heard at times. Other than that Dea was cool and helpful and checking in was super easy. Thank you very much! :)

What a fantastic time! First and foremost Dea was super nice and very helpful! We set up a little stage and did an outdoor concert and everyone had a safe, excellent time. We coordinated with Dea about the sound and she was very accommodating and friendly.
It’s just a big open field but you’ll definitely have your privacy and a beautiful sunset! We plan to go back at some point and do it again. Such an incredible time!

I wanted this to be good. But the host MIA. Put me in a real tough situation and I can't recommend.
Looked like a real nice place though.
If you do book this one, make sure you confirm with the host that: 1) the services listed are actually going to be provided. 2) and that whether the host will be on the property or available to show you where to camp.

This is a great spot in the wide open plains. The host is super nice and the coach house is great! There is a little more noise than expected with trains in the night, etc, but would definitely stay here again.

There’s a “far from the madding crowd” quality to this place. Remote yet close enough to nearby towns. The atmospherics are vintage Steinbeck.

If you need a quick overnight, this is the place.
Great shower and bathroom. Thanks for this!!!
Great place if you’re busy all day and come back for dinner and sleep.
Sites were a bit weedy and rough, but workable with the outdoor mat.
Dea and John are so very nice and friendly. The fur kids accompanying them were so cute.
