Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
We are a Full Grass, 6-acre campground at the base of Rabbit Mountain. The Little Thompson River runs through the property and is wonderful to take a dip in. Carter Lake is only a 5-minute drive away. 20 Minutes away from Longmont Colorado is far enough away that you can escape from the city but close enough to be able to run into town if you need anything. As long as you are by your post, we don't care how you park, pull in, back in, pull through, we are easy going. Be aware this is a Rustic experience.

Our campsite was nice and peaceful, and my son and I had a great time. We would both highly recommend Parrish Ranch!

Site 8 - Parrish Ranch Campground
Unique and Beautiful!
We loved camping at Parrish Ranch! I have a larger camper and Kimberly accommodated us with a bigger spot than I originally reserved. The ranch is beautiful and has lots of interesting old stuff to check out in the lodge/dance hall. My kids enjoyed exploring there and we loved the atmosphere outside at night! It would be an interesting place for a reunion or event or something. Definitely would love to stay again at some point!

Cozy spot without a long drive
Happy to find a lovely spot so close to where we live & that there was availability within 2 weeks of when we wanted to go camping! Loved the grassy & shady camping spots g that we could use our Solo Stove for our own campfire.

Parrish Ranch Tepee #9
Fun camping experience. Teepee was well furnished and had what we needed. Host was very attentive.

Site 7 - Parrish Ranch Campground
We enjoyed camping on Kimberly’s property and visiting a part of Colorado we had never visited. A great place to watch a sunset.

Site 9 - Parrish Ranch Campground
There’s a lot of potential, but I would remove the teepees. They are an eye sore and look like fire traps. The bathrooms were really dirty. The sites are kind of tight.
