Overall people were really friendly. If you're looking to set up your campsite and leave, this is the spot to be at. However, this site doesn't offer privacy of you're tent camping. Potable water is only available for Rv campers. Tent campers have to walk to the office to get water. No drinking water. Our last stay night, the hot water was shut off so the water was freezing. Laundry room came in handy.

We had an amazing time- really nice bathrooms with private showers, had great wifi connection, absolutely beautiful location! Staff was so so friendly- they were serving a free dinner to everyone staying at the campground (pork tacos which were delicious). They have regular dinners, lunches, and activities for guests- it looks like a couple each week. So much fun and we will definitely return.

We loved our stay here! The Camp managers were so friendly and even allowed us to grab something essentials from the general store after hours. This camp is so close to so many fun outdoor activities, highly recommend!

Everything went just as expected—no surprises, and that’s exactly what we wanted. The site was easy to access. Host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Nothing over the top, but everything worked the way it should. Would camp again for a no-stress trip.

We arrived after hours and our instructor where left at the main office for us.. easy to find site.. Bathrooms and Showers are appreciated, especially when you are camping from one point to another.. Showers were nice and hot, washer and dryer on site.. campground was very quiet and clean..

Weekend trip to Gunnison
Camper Cabin 12x12
Beautiful resort that opens up to a gorgeous reservoir! Check-in was easy. The area was quiet and a quick trip to Gunnison. The only complaints we had were the mattresses were a little hard in the cabin and we had trouble regulating the cabin’s AC. Extra blankets we brought helped with the comfort level.

The campground is really well located in front of the lake. Camp hosts, Flora and Alfredo were wonderful, and made our stay better. Breakfast on Saturday morning offered for the hots were a really nice surprise. Definitely a place to come back

It was a beautiful spot with aspens, the bathrooms were great and the host was responsive. Only complaint we have is that the tent sites are very close to each other, so hope you have a good neighbor. Again, beautiful spot and loved how it was still close to Crested Butte and Gunnison. They also have little propane pits you can rent for $5/night which is nice and a little community area with a grill/firepit.

very satisfied, very quiet at night , nice sites , nice view shade under trees , internet is good, showers are okay but honesly, too much dogs. Barking is unpleasant and disturbing.

Truly an amazing Oasis right across from Blue Mesa Reservoir. Super friendly staff and guests/residents. This was the perfect spot for the Fourth of July to get away from everything and just be. The grounds hosted a hotdog/burger burn on the 4th, and an ice cream social on the 5th. They followed that up with pancakes of the sixth. After checking in, the staff showed us to our spot — more than the traditional “here’s your spot on the map … good luck.” The sites are well maintained. They’re pretty close to your neighbors, so keep that in mind. The only drawback we had was the bathroom/shower facility for those who aren’t in campers/travel trailers. They have one men’s facility with one door, one toilet, one shower and one lock. Same for the ladies. In short, this is a first-come, first-served situation, so be prepared for a potential wait. Overall, this spot was perfect for what we wanted. Easy access to the reservoir, Gunnison, Black Canyon (if the bridge is open due to construction) and other neat off-the-beaten-path getaways. I highly recommend Oasis.

Awesome camp spot and the hosts were fantastic! Super friendly. Always having events at the main tent. Like ice cream socials, karaoke, cook outs, and pancake breakfasts. Place was very well maintained and sites were super easy to back into and hook up. Easy access to Gunnison, Lake City, Crested Butte, and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

Oasis was a great spot! The hosts were very helpful and it was clean with great views of the a wide section of the gunnison river.

It is a quiet campsite with easy access and the WiFi signal was strong and you can walk to the lake The biscuits and gravy cooked outside every Saturday morning are a bonus !!

The site looks great! We didn't end up staying due to road closures on Google. I wish the boat would have sent the information about the road closures before the booking began so I could have planned on staying at our already booked site. The host was very helpful after reaching out for information on the road closure.
