MSB Legacy Retreat I
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jerry’s property! Extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. Our spot was closest to the home, but still offered plenty of privacy and space for our kids to explore. Very nice set up and a short drive to Mesa Verde National Park. Highly recommend!

Great stay, thanks!
Great stay on the hill in our 28 foot motorhome and Jeep toad. Beautiful views, full hookups (dump station), dog friendly, wood for a fire. Super location for Mesa Verde NP, Canyon of the Ancients NM and Hovenweep NM. Town has a small grocery store, liquor store, gas station and restaurants. Jerry and Connie were welcoming and provided lots of information on the area. Top tips: bring leveling blocks as we did need to use them, have a plan for garbage, we found a dumpster at a rest area.

Site 1 - MSB Legacy Retreat Group Site
Great site for Mesa Verde area
Jerry and Connie were wonderful hosts. The directions to the site were spot on. It took some time, but we finally found the dump site. The group site is high above the property and has great views of the mountains and Mesa Verde and has excellent stargazing potential as long as it is not cloudy or the moon is full. We were able to see the Milky Way! One thing to be aware of, the site is not very level, so be prepared to raise one side of your rig pretty high, luckily we had some plenty of blocks. Also want to thank Connie for the fabulous heirloom tomatoes, they were wonderful on our salads!

MSB Legacy Retreat II
We had an absolutely wonderful 4 night stay at Jerry’s Hipcamp. He has done everything to make the stay simple and comfortable and we were able to take day tips to points of interest (Mesa Verde National Park, canyon of the ancients National Monument, Jackson Gulch Reservoir). There is easy access to water and electricity and also a dump station available as you leave the property. We stayed at one of the sites on the hill and got to experience fantastic sunrises and sunsets that capture changing views of Mesa Verde. The night sky was another highlight with awesome views of the Milky Way. There’s a picnic table, fire ring, and free firewood for evening fires and cooking. The only regret I have is that we were unable to meet Jerry as he was out of town. But, we would definitely stay here again, so maybe at some later time! Thanks, Jerry! Jan and Vaughn.

MSB Legacy Retreat I
Very Nice Spot
We had a great time here. Site was excellent, Hosts were better! We were in site1 - it was level, had a nice picnic table and shade. Will definitely go back if we are in the area.
