We have 9 acres with plenty of elbow room. Located 5 minutes from Mancos, right off CO 184, there is one site in the trees with full hookups and 2 sites on top perfect for group camping. Sites on top have a beautiful view of Mesa Verde to the west and the La Plata mountains to the east. Both sites have water and electricity and sewer dump nearby. The area is full of history, from Mesa Verde National Park to Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. 3 ski areas within an hour, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, stargazing or just enjoying the sunsets. With Mancos only 5 minutes away, there are dining options, brewery, parks, library, and shopping all with a small, hometown feel. Come enjoy all the 4 Corners area has to offer!

Secret gem in Mancos

Great location for a quick pit stop on our way up to Ouray from Phoenix. Setup was clean and views were beautiful. Kids loved seeing the horses next door. Jerry was responsive, friendly, and thorough on directions and proving additional location info. Next time we’re passing through we will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks :)

Perfect HipCamp

Such a perfect spot for our 2 night stay for a visit to Mesa Verde and surrounding towns. Loved the set up, private and has all the perfect amenities

This was our first time using Hip Camp! Jerry and Connie were very Gracious hosts.The views were amazing and the location is central to all of the nearby attractions.We are already discussing reserving space #1 for a trip next Summer.

July 4th Delight

We stayed overnight July 4th & 5th. Directions were spot on. The town of Mancos close by…5-6 miles. Had pizza at Mancos Brewery and watched live entertainment. We could see the fireworks from our hill top RV spot from 9:15 to 10pm. We would highly recommend Jerry & Connie’s Hipcamp beautiful & scenic place.
