We have 9 acres with plenty of elbow room. Located 5 minutes from Mancos, right off CO 184, there is one site in the trees with full hookups and 2 sites on top perfect for group camping. Sites on top have a beautiful view of Mesa Verde to the west and the La Plata mountains to the east. Both sites have water and electricity and sewer dump nearby. The area is full of history, from Mesa Verde National Park to Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. 3 ski areas within an hour, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, stargazing or just enjoying the sunsets. With Mancos only 5 minutes away, there are dining options, brewery, parks, library, and shopping all with a small, hometown feel. Come enjoy all the 4 Corners area has to offer!

MSB Legacy Retreat I
Very thoughtful and excellent hosts. They gave recommendations on what to do in the area and tips if you're visiting Mesa Verde Nt'l Park. They have the site set up so nicely with trees, a privacy screen, picnic table, fire pit, ground mat, and hook ups. Easy to back into, as well. Little Lucy likes to come say "hi" as an added bonus. It was a great change from our previous site where we were packed in like sardines. Stop here for a peaceful night or two in SW CO.

Sweet and Simple
The views were gorgeous and the camp hosts were as accommodating as anyone could be. It was a sweet and simple place to park our camper and was all we needed.

Great place to rest (nice and quiet), great place to stage from (enjoy the full experience of the nearby Mesa Verde) great price ($35 for water/elect and nearby dump) and great hosts (very cool couple, great visiting). Will definitely refer to others and will come again!

MSB Legacy Retreat I
What a great find! Jerry and Connie have gone the extra mile with lots of thought, planning, and work to make it the best, most private place I've stayed in yet. It's easy to find, about 5 miles from the highway running through Mancos and miles away from the crowded and high-priced parks in Durango, but an easy drive if you want to go to town. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, private retreat up in the cool mountains of Colorado.
