Outdoor Living: • Covered hot tub for enjoyment no matter the weather - cleaned and maintained between each guest • Large main deck with retractable gate + comfortable couches, two gas firepits, dining table and great views • Loft bedroom balcony for sunset views and enjoying 'Colorful Colorado' • 2-acre private lot, hidden in the trees • Hammocks in the trees to sway away the stress • Large fenced-in dog run with a sitting area to relax with the pups! • Propane BBQ grill
Primary Bedroom (3rd floor open loft) • Cozy king-sized bed with sunrise views from the panoramic loft windows • Recently remodeled en-suite bathroom with luxury shower • Rocky Mountain sunset views from private balcony • Smart TV • Ceiling fan
