Amazing top of the mountainside cabin overlooking Lake Vallecito (highly encourage 4wd, AWD or truck/suv) with plenty of space for a comfortable stay! This gorgeous home has 3 floors of accommodations, and is the perfect place to get away and be in nature. This cabin boasts a three story floor plan, with a full bathroom on each floor (as well as a half bathroom on the main floor), a king size bed in main floor full sized bed in every other room, and two large decks with plenty of space overlooking the lake with a million dollar view. The main floor has a primary bedroom with full bathroom, the top floor loft has a connected bathroom with a separated bathtub/shower combo and an additional standing shower (as seen in pictures), and the bottom floor has an oversized bedroom with two full beds and a full bathroom in hall. A gas fireplace is on the main floor, with an amazing view on all sides and an entertainment space with large flat screen tv located on the bottom floor. This property is also pet-friendly *with approval* and under 50lbs, $15/pet/night. *Highly encouraged on AWD, 4WD or truck. On leash. Well behaved pets are welcome at our cabins and must be managed at all times. All pets must be declared in advance. Pets may not be left in any cabin or home unattended. If you plan on going on an outing/adventure, without your pet, you may leave it in a portable kennel/carrier in your cabin or board it at a commercial kennel in Durango. There is a per pet/per night fee. Maximum of 2 pets in any one cabin/home. Pets must be accompanied by the owner and be on a leash when outside. Pets are not allowed on any furniture such as couches and beds additional cleaning fee may be applied later on discovery. You are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. Please note that we do not accept dogs over 50lbs or cats. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please control your pet’s barking and watch out for any number of critters around the property; squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, birds, and deer. Please pick up after your pet. Thank you!
