We loved this place from the moment we pulled in! They have the small touches that make it a comfortable and welcoming space. Traveling with young children, it was comforting to have a bathroom and (outdoor) shower. It was beautiful to wake up to the vastness of land and surrounding mountains. Additionally, Brennan was super responsive! Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway - We are sure to return!

Our stay was comfortable and Brennon was very responsive. The cabin was a bit hot but we were there on the hottest week of the year 🥵 we were able to prop open the door and window for a breeze which really helped although there were no screens and the bugs we not terrible but present. After talking to Brennon, it's clear he's continuing to improve the cabins and amenities.
The views were beautiful, the outdoor shower was utterly breathtaking and the sunrises and sunsets were some of the best I've seen...and the stars were indescribably beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at this tiny home! Brennon was very welcoming and responsive. He brought us a cooking pan so we could make breakfast in the morning. Easy to find. Open area and clear directions.
The dining area had a fold down table. We used it to sit and read, play a board game and eat dinner and breakfast. The home has a kitchenette with a two burner propane cook top ( works well and is easy to use), mini fridge, and a sink. The water was shut off for the season so no running water and no shower during the winter. Bring your own water. Brennon let us know a half hour before we got there but luckily we brought our own water just in case.
Large windows let in a lot of natural light
The heater works well and is easy to use. We felt cozy all night. Temps in the mid 30s outside. Lights inside felt cozy w plenty of light. Compost toilet works very well and is close in a separate space. Loft lighting above bed turned on by switch was a nice touch! The sleeping pad could have been just a little bit thicker but other than that it was a good night's rest.
The tiny home is located on 12 aces of flat land. The draw back of that is that there's little privacy and you're exposed to the elements. You get the full brunt of the wind and there is no shade during the summer months.
I even got to meet Bluey, Brennon's pup! He and my pup ran around and played for a little bit. He's such a cutie and super friendly!
Overall a great experience! And would highly recommend.

I loved my night in this cabin! With temperatures below freezing the entire time I was nervous about being cold, but the wall heater kept me nice and cozy. The little details, like the string lights in the loft, were clearly very well thought out. Definitely plan to return.

The space was perfect for what we needed this weekend. It was incredibly helpful to have a sink and a place to cook so we could pack less gear. The cabin stayed pretty toasty at night too, as it got cold being mid October. We would come back for sure.

AWESOME place! The tiny home is well equipped, sustainable and comfortable. With wifi, electricity, heat and running water, it was an epic glamping experience. Being out in the middle of the valley is so so so peaceful and quiet, too. The stars are magnificent out here without anything blocking your 360 views. And Brennon was a great host - warm, welcoming, super responsive and on top of stuff! Highly recommend!

Cost only, not the furnishings or homeiness: For the total of 137 (99 plus fees) for one person I wouldn't recommend it. For two people who are very good together in a space, I would recommend it to divide the cost. The couch, the kitchen table, water pump, bed furnishings, wifi connectivity, space heater, friendliness of the owner, surrounding environment with pronghorn antelope.

Brennon’s land is as amazing as the host it self. Brennon along with his dog will provide you with a warm welcome. The Cabins have isolation solar electricity to charge your devices plus a fridge and electric kitchen. The showers are great and heater water is on demand. The landscape is a plus specially at sunrise and sunset. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the dark night with some of the brightest stars

The cabin was great! Brennan was a great host and was very responsive to requests or messages. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else looking to have a quiet, beautiful location to stay in central Colorado.

I absolutely loved staying at this tiny cabin! The views are stunning, the cabin is cute and actually rather spacious, and the amenities are great. I would totally return and highly recommend this place. Brennon was helpful and showed us how to use the shower with the generator. This is the perfect spot if you are looking to camp but want to be a little more comfortable. There are also two reservoirs near by that are great for fishing, hiking/walking around, kayaking, and boating.

This is my second stay here. I returned because my first stay was so great and the views (especially around sunset) cannot be beat -- 360 degrees of beauty! Also, Brennon is a very gracious host and takes pride in making sure his cabins have everything they need.

Was a great overall stay. Not much solar power so plan on being cut off. Also don't recommend bringing your dog(s) here, cacti all over the ground that get stuck in their paws which is why this ultimately got a poor review.

Nice spot for people who don't want to camp but still want to be in the outdoors. Brennon was a great host and really attentive. The only thing to keep in mind is Closed toed shoes. There's a lot of sneaky Cacti around.

I loved my stay at the cabin. The space was clean, very cute and had everything you could need for a stay away. The land itself was wide open, had great view of the mountains and an amazing sunrise. The proximity to Eleven Mile State Park and the Pinney Reservoir cant be beat- less than ten minutes away driving time for both. Brennan was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had, and sent me some great recommendations for hiking in the area. One small thing for dog owners - the ground is actually 'spinney' so bring booties if your pups have sensitive feet. Other than that - I can't wait to go back!

This place was perfect for my motorcycle camping needs! Brennon is a terrific host -- very communicative/responsive, provided clear directions, was eager to please, and accommodated a special request of mine. The cabin I stayed in was near some other structures but far enough away to provide privacy. It sits on 40 acres of land so the views in all directions are awesome, especially at night when the sun sets. There is a fire ring not far from the cabin that is easy to use. Bonus: there is Starlink wifi with a strong signal at the cabin and surrounding the property. Despite being only solar/battery powered, the cabin was well equipped with electric sockets, a mini fridge, lights, gas stove top, running water, and a TV (though I didn't use it).

I hade an excellent trip at Brennon’s land, the tiny house was very comfortable and unique. The location was perfect, very easy to find and only a short drive to Elevenmile. I had multiple deer come across the sight, which was an added bonus, and unbelievably there was WIFI! I had a great time and will be booking again in the future.

The stay was great, the cabin is out in the middle of nowhere surrounded by mountains all around. You are near two large bodies of water so great spot for fishing. The interior of the cabin is nice and has the amenities you need. I like the bed on the second level because you get a great view of waking up with the window up there.
